Great Judy Show, great food, excellent bartender.
Always a great place to eat and be entertained.
Fantastic music in a small venue. Really enjoyed our dinner, drinks and fun. Definitely include this spot on your itinerary what you come to Palm Springs. A great evening for all ages.
Such a unique place. This is a must do.
I have literally never written a review before but had to write one to share how negative of an experience my extended family and I had with Shannon, the manager here. She spoke very gruffly and rudely to my elderly uncle and failed to show us to our tables properly. She misrepresented our reservation stating it was for 4 when it was 8 and after realizing the reservation was indeed for 8 people, she never apologized and overall was just rude to multiple members of my party. My mother called the Purple Room a few days later to leave feedback and Shannon was incredibly rude to her on the phone calling her a liar and interrupting her over and over again. She ended the call refusing to patch us through to her boss and then said "I can make it so you can never eat here again", before hanging up the phone. In my opinion, there is no world where this is an acceptable way to speak to a repeat customer. I quite enjoyed the performance, the food was just ok but I wasn't expecting anything too much from a place you attend more for the entertainment than the cuisine. But this type of customer service after bringing a large group that spent well over $1,500 on the night makes me never want to come back.

We went to Purple room for Valentine’s Day. We were so Pleased. Food delicious. Music outstanding and the service (Ben was the server) was perfect. Thank you!
This was fantastic. We saw a Rat Pack inspired trio, had cocktails and supper. It was a great evening One year on.... perhaps we were silly to visit on Valentine's but we wanted to see D'Arcy and the Rat Pack night. Plus we are only here a couple of days. The band was great (gws). The food was fine if slightly overpriced (did I mention it was Valentine's?). We we're ceremoniously thrown out after (and I quote) 2hours and 16 minutes. No, we couldn't sit at the bar. If we wanted to finish our drinks we could do so in the lobby. Hmm no drinks are that good. It felt like we were being processed. I appreciate it says two hour when ypu enter but honestly, this isn't civilised - offer people a seat at the bar to see out the evening. That's what would happen in London, Paris, Madrid. Yes you need to maximise profit but you aren't running a factory here.

It's like taking a step back in time. Old school cocktails and entertainment let's you forget the cell phone on your jacket.
