The food is good but often a bit greasy. At least the namesake dish (pupusas) are done very well. You should check out their dessert cooler and if the tres leches cake is available grab a slice. The orders come with a pickled onion, pepper, and carrot mix that adds some great tartness and a little crunch. There are also 2 sauces. The plain red one is almost like thin ketchup and just has a bland tomato flavor. The smaller, darker one is like a pureed tomatillo salsa that's loaded with flavor and has some good heat. The latter will be far too spicy for some people (my heat tolerance is high).
