About
The chef at this restaurant cooks tasty eggs benedict, puffin and hash browns. Ordering good blueberry pancakes, French toasts and belgian waffles is what most clients advise. Most likely, you'll return to puffins restaurant later to order delicious liqueur. A lot of visitors order great coffee, hot chocolate or egg coffee. This place is good for people who have a snack on the go because they can order dishes as a takeaway. The staff is well-trained that's what makes this spot so nice. Nice service is something that visitors note in their reviews. Delicious meals at adequate prices are provided here. You will certainly appreciate the cozy atmosphere and modern decor. Google users assigned the rating of 4.4 to this restaurant.

Our visit started out great. But unfortunately didn't end great. My husband was brought the incorrect sandwich and he had taken a bite out of it before realizing it was wrong. The kitchen realized the error and brought it the correct chicken but however it wasn't on a bulky roll, and the chicken was tough. We didn't care for the hand cut fries. Just 3 stars this time. A bit loud but the staff was nice and the food was good. A bit salty though and the hashbrowns were over cooked. I didn't appreciate the news up on the TV but was glad the volume was low. A cute little place that I'd rather visit in summer when I can be outside :) Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Food is average. Service is atrocious! Waited over 20 minutes with a 2 year before deciding to leave because not one employee came over to take our order. It was not even busy at 740am when we got there. Many of them walked by or helped other costumer sitting right next to us. Not one person said sorry when I asked for the check for just our drinks. They didn't not try to take our order right then and rush it. Nothing just blank stares from them. My 2 year left crying because he was hungry. Will never be going back and will be telling people we know not to go there as well. Food: 2 Service: 1

Delicious! Stopped by for a family gathering, the restaurant was very accommodating! The food was great and the big TV is a massive plus! The puffin painting was beautiful. I will be back. Puffins Restaurant in Millbury delivers a delightful dining experience, epitomizing the classic New England breakfast/lunch eatery vibe. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by their excellent service, ready to serve either traditional coffee or a more adventurous mixed drink to complement our meal. The bustling yet warm atmosphere adds to the charm, making it a fitting choice for Sunday brunch. Catering to families, they also feature a kids’ menu, ensuring a welcoming environment for all ages. Their breakfast bowls, in particular, are a must-try – hearty, scrumptious, and guaranteed to leave you satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone in the area! Food was good. My husband had their mountain dish? It came with bacon, sausage and ham with choice of pancakes and waffles. He got the pancakes and I got their three eggs with corn beef hash. Oh yeah my husband got three eggs as well. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30
(Of note: I primarily write these reviews for my own business clients who are typically in or nearing retirement. I review establishments I visit that they might like, given the unique demographic of my client base.) If you’re ever in the greater Worcester area, stop here for breakfast! I dropped in with my husband and mother-in-law on a weekday. There’s was plentiful parking and I noticed several handicap spaces available. Wasn’t too busy given it was a Monday morning. We were immediately greeted and we found the place to be bright, well decorated and clean. There was so much choice on the menu. I was delighted to see that they could make gluten free French toast! Which was exactly what I had and it was delicious. My hubby had a platter with eggs and mixed breakfast meats, also looked great. I found the prices to be fair for the quality of the food. I noted that the restrooms were not only clean but gender neutral. This is highly important! It’s welcoming to families with young or disabled individuals and also welcoming to the LGBTQ community. Lastly, there was a variety of seating and easy to get around, which is helpful for seniors and anyone needing some additional accessibility. Great place. We’ll visit again. Decent breakfast spot, with outdoor patio. Drinks and food are okay, but the service was great. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The waitstaff was very cordial. The food was amazing. I had eaten most of my food before I thought to get pictures....lol. The atmosphere is great except it is on the loud side given the size of the building. Overall, we would definitely return. I stopped by late on a Saturday morning and the place was packed! There was plenty of room and chairs outside for us to wait and it only ended being about ten minutes, which isn't bad considering how many people were there. Puffins has a HUGE selection of drinks and we couldn't resist trying the Toasted coconut martini and Reese's coffee - both reasonably priced and delicious! I would go back just for their drinks so kudos to the bartender! The food did not disappoint! We had the Fruit topped French toast (fabulous) and the Protein breakfast bowl, which was out of this world! Sizes were generous and prices are average. Our server, Cali, was exceptional... fast, friendly, and never left us waiting! Very happy with my visit there today... can't wait to go back.
