This has become my go-to restaurant. Whenever someone suggests going out, this is the first place suggested. Great food and friendly staff. Their mojitos are superb. Free chips, beans and salsa while waiting. Amazing birriadillas, Pina colada, margaritas, and Cancun platter! The menudo is not that great - it's bland. Staff are so genuine and top notch. I feel like it's pricey for the value. I would still come back and eat more birriadillas! The setting is legit, the unique decor and culture is pretty strong. Elisha T is the worst bartender. The food came out Luke warm, asked her for water 3 different times she came to the table. It's not like the bar is crowded, she is just a ditsy girl who is very forgetful and doesn't pay attention to the guests. I tried handing her my check as she was on our end of the table, completely ignores me and walks all around the table to collect all other tabs and doesn't even acknowledge me. Took over 20mins to bring two shots over, and when I asked for anejo she brings repasado instead of checking with me to see if that's okay. Overall, she's not the best attentive bartender.
