Importantly, the place was clean and decorated nicely. Real nice and attentive staff.
The salsa had a real good taste and just the right heat. I had the premium burrito. It was very well made with great consistency all the way thru. Next time, I would probably change the sauce that comes on it.
My wife had the beef enchiladas and was really satisfied with the taste.

The food is authentic Mexican, salsa is amazing (Homemade), staff is even better (from servers to chef) all sweet people. You’ll never have to call a server over. You’re drink will always remain full and they’re good about checking tables. This is my all time favorite Mexican restaurant. They’re pico is always fresh and amazing. It’s a very comfortable place. Highly recommend.

Popeye Enchiladas
We went on a Sunday afternoon, there were two other families there and an older couple. The service was quick, we were having a sad conversation, there were some tears, the server kindly diverted and came back so as not to interrupt the moment.
The food was amazing. Aside from the teary moment, my water cup remained full - a challenge for any server as I'm a bottomless pit. We've recommended Pueblo to friends in who wish for more authentic options to the commercialized Two Senoritas and Jalapeno Tree of Mount Pleasant. Worth the stop in Daingerfield.
