Located on Frazier Street in Waynesville, North Carolina, the Publix at Waynesville Pavilion is well-stocked and clean. The employees were friendly. This location has a drive thru pharmacy if needed. As you enter the store, they gave some floats/tubes, table umbrellas, etc. which is helpful for vacationers who need those items. They have a great selection of wines and beers. They also have firewood at the front of the store next to the restrooms. If you are used to shopping at Publix, the store has similar layout and offerings as other Publix stores.

Publix has been my grocery store of choice for most of my life. When living in Florida, I rarely shopped anyplace else. I was very happy when the Publix opened in Waynesville. The customer service at Publix is outstanding. When I need assistance, there is usually an employee very close by. I’ve never had to search the store to find help, like at some other stores. Their produce department has a large variety of fresh, quality produce that is arranged attractively and seems to be continually refreshed. The same can be said for the deli, bakery, dairy, meat & seafood departments. The dry goods areas are always well-stocked, too. You can’t go wrong when shopping at Publix.

Highly over rated. The portions we very small and the price $65 per person is ridiculous. Out of the 8 dishes they serve 2 out of 8 were good. I would not waste my time to go for the prices they serve. The service was excellent.

Wow! This store is VERY nice! It’s super clean and has deli, impressive seafood department, beautiful flower section, tempting produce, huge wine section and a great over selection of everything. I made sure to stop by the bakery and pick up a couple cannoli. They tasted wonderful, by the way!

Being from Florida where there's a publix every other block, this has to be one of the biggest and nicest one I have been to. The shelves are always perfectly faced and neat. The customer service is also outstanding. Every employee I walked past, greeted and asked how I was doing. Definitely worth the long drive. They stand by their motto because shopping here is a pleasure 😊

Wow what a great way to have your Thanksgiving dinner. Easy Peezy! Also the food was very good! We bought the 7-10 people meal 12Ib Turkey one hour in the oven at 350° *follow the recipe that comes with the Turkey and the sides. I gave the review a 4 out of 5 stars because getting the order correct with the order taker was challenging but after three attempts it was finally resolved. Nice way to go when you’d rather spend more time with family and friends.

We have loved Publix for decades in Florida and were ecstatic to get one here in Waynesville! I love all of their departments but want to give a big shout out to their Catering department - all of the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and the food is delicious! We are so lucky to have you here in town!

Great store, wonderful people! I love this store. Their selection and availability on items is top notch (even hard to find items). The store is beautiful and clean. Produce section is superb! Deli section is also on point. Great bagels!

I get that 5$ sushi is a deal, it's cheap it isn't going to be fantastic. But the past 2 times I've went there the sushi has been sub par... the seaweed was literally disintegrating it had sit there so long. The salmon I had to toss because it tasted super fishy and had a rainbow shine to it and I was terrified I was going to be sick from what I had ingested. It used to be good idk what has happened here but very disappointed. I would rather spend 20$ on an edible roll than ever get their sushi again.
The atmosphere was great. It reminds me of Wegmans up north. The cashier was so funny and polite.
