520 on a week day and only 3 non breaded wings... No rotisseries. pathetic Edit: absolutely not. You have enough information in this post to fix it. District 25 can do better. Better than Mrs. Cook.

This is a totally rebuilt Publix. They literally tore down the original and rebuilt it from scratch. The inside is hudge, better bring your good walking shoes and maybe a GPS. An abundant amount of refrigeration space and a huge selection of items to choose from. Still no half sour pickles but just about everything else you can imagine. Go out of your way to see this place, and don't worry, they even have a nice seating area to relax.
I have lived in the northeast for the last five years, so my memories of Publix are always a little exaggerated cause it has been so long. This store reminded me that my memories were not lying to me, and that Publix really is the best. Every associate is smiling, the managers greeting you making their rounds… best store in the world.

I adore this gorgeous new boutique. Prices must, however, decrease. You've lost some of your former competitiveness. Previously the "cheapest" Publix of all the Publix locations, this one now appears to be charging either the same or much more money. Even though I've discovered less expensive locations to shop, I still plan to come here for products that are exclusive to Publix.

This is indeed the worst managed Publix I have ever experienced. I was so hopeful that it would improve after the reopening but it really is worse. Prices are ringing wrong every time I come in. You have to remind them of the Publix promise as the people running self checkout don’t want to honor it. Every excuse you imagine from we can’t take it off at self check out to wrong BOGOs don’t count. What? The deli is hit and miss but my issue is online orders not ready 90 minutes after scheduled pickup time. This happens every single time so I have to wait in deli line to retrieve my order. What’s the point? Why can Crestwood be so better run. Never issues there. It has to be poor management from the top to the departments and on down. Please corporate take notice of your customers experiences with this particular store. I don’t like driving out of my way to avoid my neighborhood store.
I am very disappointed that Publix is still sells this juice from floridas natural since my son complained about the taste since he loves this juice and it has changed to the worst taste ever!!! I read the label and he says they bland florid natural with some other regions of the world, they must be putting 5% Florida in 95% other because it’s a horrible taste. Public should take this off the shelf.

Since this Publix has reopened I have had nothing but issues, mostly the deli department. The opening weekend they ran out of sub bread, not currently making or just out in the oven. Just ran out. They have missed online orders. Run out of chicken tenders. We went in today saw three people behind the sub line with no wait so tried my luck. They didn’t want to go cut turkey or cheese I asked for because I’m assuming laziness. They made a chicken tender sub with wet baked chicken and barely put any on a full sub (still got charged $10 for it). The work station was a mess, floor a mess. Each person had their own lie of how long the tenders would take, when the supervisor came from the back and said 10 minutes. I don’t understand how there’s this many problems with such a new store.

Great updates to the supermarket as. Online ordering for the sandwiches and wraps is a bit of a disaster. Every time I have gone to pick them up they are late or not ready. Of course they taste good but you can’t trust the pick up time they provide.
I'm sorry but I hate the remodel. It's so dark and impersonal. The employees are nice but the store over all has lost its welcoming and friendly appeal. That is the one thing we loved about Publix. The new bakery and customer service set up is terrible. It feels like a hassle to ask for help and everything is leaning towards a do it yourself model with very little interaction. Very sad and cold. I'd rather drive a little further to the Andros Isle store.

Who is the deli manager!? I have never seen the deli ran so poorly. Everything is always a mess. The staff has no clue what's going on. And seriously why are the cold cuts not being refrigerated!? How does nobody know how to make a proper sub? We were so excited for our Publix to reopen. The previous staff wasn't that great either but literally I would love to have them back. Even though they don't know how to make a wrap the right way. They would make it like a burrito, which every Publix now seems to make their wraps like that!? It's ridiculous. Please I wish management would take care of this. Here's an update.... A text from my husband while shopping here to pick up a few things on 2/14/24: "It's like this publix is from Mars or like a glitch in The Matrix. Not only the people that work here but the people that come in here, I'm just like absolutely dumbfounded again and forget why I always say I'm never going to the Royal Palm Publix but I forgot and thought it would be closer and quicker but it's never less stressful."
