I want to truly thank The Publix bakery department that comes in at 4am for doing a true miracle! We were sadly received a very poor product from a local baker and we were rushing trying to fix a wedding cake. While it was 8:45 at night we decided to take a chance and ask the bakery if they could help us, not only could they match the exact picture of the cake that they paid for from a different baker they replicated it within hours and had it ready at 8am! They truly saved the day and it was a far better product than anything that we could ever imagine! Thank you all so much for all you did.

This store is amazing. I come here every day to shop and I’m never disappointed in the customer service. They are always so helpful. I went in on Tuesday and couldn’t find what I needed so I asked one of the cashiers and she instantly looked up what i needed and helped me find it. She even let me know that it was on sale. Thank you so much to that young lady.
Never been disappointed with Publix in over 20 years until today where I visited this location for food. Grabbed potato wedges and popcorn chicken on the go, they were both cold and the freshness was not the best. The cashier looked at me and barely smiled, her greeting was almost forced. She noticed my reaction to it and started to make conversation.
Publix is great but unfortunately lacks in its prices and it's speed in completing customer's sandwich orders. I have a 30 minute brake and spent 27 minutes waiting to try and get to the counter to have my order made. I had to walk off the line and grab a bag of chips and a drink. Never in my life have I had to wait almost 30 minutes and not have even submitted my order none the less already should have been done eating. Please hire and train people who can expeditiously do a deli counter position
Dropped in at 3pm to order wings to be picked up at 5.30pm. When I went back to pick them up the order was wrong. The staff member said the order could be redone but it would take another 20 minutes. I asked if someone could drop them to my house as I had made 2 trips for the food already. Staff called the manager. I then paid for the wings as the young guy at customer service said he was finishing work soon and could drop them to our house. Very kind of him but very disappointed that Publix policy was not followed with my having to pay for an order they got wrong.

Not a full-size Publix, but a nice store. Parking lot is a bit cramped, and now 5+5=20. High prices, sadly the new normal. Not a fan, so I largely shop elsewhere now.

Although this is a neighborhood market it has most of what one needs. Produce is always fresh as is items in the bakery. Most importantly, the staff is super friendly and efficient. I would recommend this store !
Love the pharmacy here; Always very friendly staff & always have scripts ready in a timely manner!
This is the worst Publix in all of Seminole County. The deli workers see customers standing in line and instead of helping them, will continue to spend minutes packaging their pre-cut deli meat. It takes me 20 minutes from the time I get in line to get my lunch meat (compared to like 5 minutes at the Altamonte locations). Not only that, the store does not properly inspect their items when packing them on shelves. I just bought two cases of water and when I got home, I noticed one of them was leaking water and sure enough, it had a cracked bottle in it. Their low quality does not justify their high prices anymore. You’re better off just shopping at the nearby Winn-Dixie or any other Publix (since they’ve got a monopoly here in Florida smh).
Always great to visit. Place is clean, employees friendly and willing to help. And they gave cashiers
