Chris in the meat department helped me out a lot with choosing the right turkey kind for what I was trying to do. He saved me money. He took the time out of his day at work and showed me my options. I commend you for your hard work.
The man that works in produce and flowers helped me pick out this cactus plant. He said he wasn’t much help but he did help me.

Coming here is way better than going to Kroger. Only thing I wish was better is how the employees act like you’re in their way now instead of asking how can they help. Sometimes a few men who work here are having a conversation infront of an area I need to get to and when I try to squeeze between them gently they just stare at me. It’s the more bizarre thing. I never have this problem at the Gallatin location. Please train your employees to be helpful like they used to be.
Always enjoyed shopping at this location. The young man with the long hair, Q, was exceptionally lovely. Customer service is a lost art and it was so refreshing to see a young man genuinely care about my needs.
I have shopped at this store for several years. The stock is great and very little difficulty finding what I needed. However, their young staff aren't friendly at all. I n fact the young associate meandering by seafoods certainly chose who he saw valuable enough to ask if they needed help. He looked right past me and at me. I will leave it at that!!
**Review for Publix Seafood Department**
I recently visited the seafood department at Publix, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I placed an order for steamed seafood and, along with my young children, waited for what seemed like a reasonable amount of time. However, to my disappointment, I discovered that my order had not been processed at all, leading to an extended wait time.
This oversight was particularly challenging as I was with my little ones, making the prolonged wait more exhausting than it might have been otherwise. It was a frustrating experience, especially considering the usual standards of service and efficiency I've come to expect from Publix.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe it's essential for a store of Publix's caliber to ensure that such lapses in service don't occur, especially when it can significantly impact the shopping experience of customers, particularly those with young children.
I paid $5.00 for a few potato wedges because I think the attendant weighed the box they put them in too. I did not catch it until later. Otherwise they had sweet potato pie so that was a plus. Thank you!
Love Publix supermarkets for their friendly staff, clean supermarkets, and especially their bakery. Our favorite is the strawberry shortcake. We get it for our birthdays all the time. Always friendly and willing to help no matter what you are looking to get.
Pharmacy & store is great! Never had an issue with the store and in almost 3 years I've only had 1 issue with the pharmacy - just so happen that 3 completely different employees were working that day that I'd never seen - and none since. The CPhT's and the pharmacists are very patient and understanding. The cashiers and everyone inside the store is ALWAYS willing to help and if they can't they find someone who can. I drive over an hour every month - completely out of my way - bc that's how much I prefer the Publix in Hendersonville on Indian Lake Blvd♥︎
