First time to a Publix since moving to new England and this experience sure didn't disappoint. Friendly service clean store and boy did I miss their chicken tender subs! So yummy
Usually I get the plates. Sometimes the plates have French fries and they were great. Bit this time I ordered just onio rings and yuck. You expect fried foods to get greasy but these were undercooked and not crispy at all and well just nasty. Other plates I've gotten there were good though. I hope it was just an off cook. This week I did see a help wanted sign as this zeros is right by the onramp that I frequent
This store is my go to store and this would be five stars if the deli didn’t get the last four sandwich orders wrong. We are all sick so we had it delivered this time hoping it would be right. It is so frustrating. They really need to take the time to read the orders that are place and when the customer order is a salad bowl and they give me a piece of white bread with only turkey and mayo on it that proves they are making no effort at all. This is the only Publix that continues to get it wrong. We always order oil and vinegar and never get it. I have even asked if the packets were in there and they say yes but when I get home they are not. I have even spoke with the management in the past. Come on deli get it together!
Not only are the prices still going up in such a way that it seems like greed more than for the community (which is supposed to be what Publix is about) but they are having horrible food quality.
They have a bad habit of letting workers bring too much out on the floats to put food away in the cold sections that they start to get room temp or in the case of frozen, THAW. which results in stale food once it refreezes.
And in the produce section well, I'll let pictures speak for themselves. And the quote from a worker in that department "not like I care much about what I do here, gonna be stuck for 30 years regardless"
Store was very clean. Fully stocked. Not enough registers open to get people checked out quickly and efficiently. Customer service staff appeared to be agitated by the situation but handled it to the best of their abilities. All in all a decent Publix store that just needs a few more employees.
Amazing customer service. Friendly staff, helpful and cordial. Had a funny conversation with a gentlemen I'm the frozen foods isle that added to my already great day! Amazing hospitality and food selection
Just a terrible place , it never fails , everytime i go ,there is always a problem , think i wasted about 100 bucks trying to see if they would ever fix the Watermelon problem , spending 16 bucks on something thats worth about 6 bucks , returned it one time , got tired of doing tgat so just would throw it out in the garbage , my wife and i are done ! you get a no sweet tasting watermelon is just terrible , then the topping of the cake is talking to the guy that cuts the watermelon, his answer to the bad tasting watermelon is, ' it is out of season that is why it is so terrible'So you know your cutting bad watermelon , and you sell it to me? Wow.I have decided to never shop there again , the reason why i been trying to keep shopping there is for the convienence being your not even a mile away from my home, it is funny how your suppose to have fresher then anyone else and you charge more yet Walmart and the cheap companys have better and fresher / everything .Thanks for being a terrible store that could have been a wonderful place to shop for the community.Maybe stop saying just return it and fix the GD problem .
Great customer service! Always friendly and almost always offers to help me load my groceries into my vehicle. Thank you Publix for always being helpful. For those of you that ride bicycles, like I do, they offer a bike rack with a roll cage! That means you can roll your bike into the cage and roll the door down, licking your bike inside where no one can steal your bike lights or whatever! Attach your lock to the door and enjoy shopping, knowing that your bike and accessories are 100% safe.! Love this concept.
Love my neighborhood Publix. This Publix has a great staff. The staff members are always friendly and engaging. Ask where something is. They'll walk with you and show you.
I never go there and don't find what I came in for. Easy in easy out off off 49th Street No. or 38th Ave No. Very fond of Wednesday sushi specials and rotisserie chicken for quick meal prepping options!!
