I want to thank Lisa in the Deli. I had placed an order for multiple platters for a baby shower. When we arrived to pick them up, they didn't see an order placed. Lisa and her team made sure that the platters were ready in enough time for the shower. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for an amazing job, Lisa!
I like that they have shopping carts that have an extra attachment to accommodate parents with newborns. This is the only grocery store I have been to that does this. Also an excellent bakery.
Electronic cart worked great. Associate assisted in putting purchase in my car and returning cart. Friendly. Easy store for someone with limited mobility.
This rating is in reference to the bakery sheet cakes only. I have ordered several simple sheet cakes for work for different occasions. The last 3 orders have been disappointing. On the most recent order, they used two different shades of blue icing. One shade on the top edge piping and another on the bottom and middle. It made the cake look very odd. Script work was very poor as well. With another order, they couldn't find the order ticket. Thankfully, we asked them about the cake the day before we needed it, so they were able to get it done in time after i provided them with my order confirmation. The other referenced order wasn't ready on time, and the cakes were very sloppy. After 3 poor experiences, I have decided to stop using them for cakes.
