I had the best experience with Cindy in the seafood department. She was so friendly. While I was waiting for my shrimp to be cooked, I seen her help several people with ideas on how to cook their food and did so with such grace and kindness.

I think the store itself is fine but their Sushi and deli department leave a lot to be desired. Both times I've gotten Sushi there it was falling apart and it was not very good. Now with the deli I order my Subs online and on more than one occasion they've been out of the bread that was requested. I decided to try them out again and we ordered Subs online and order ed two subs and they called and said that they were out of white bread for one of them as the other was multigrains so we got multigrain for both. Mine is a Boar's Head Italian that I added avocado, bacon and double cheese which are all a dollar up charge. As you can see from the picture my Italian doesn't have any of those on some. I mentioned to the person that picked up the subs that mine was kind of warm and they told me it's because it was sitting in the hot section when they picked it up and didn't realize it was supposed to be cold. The second sub they didn't even end up buying because they said that the outside looked like someone spilled sub oil all over it. So now I'm out $3 and one of us had to go find something else to eat. I do love the produce department cut fruit salads.

Publix is more than a grocery store. They are family! Being handicapped ♿️ & on a walker I strive to be self sufficient. But there are times I need help with reaching items & they are always there to assist. Most of the time I use their home delivery service which is so valuable & most of the time only way I can get groceries. They know my name, pick perfect items, replacements & deliver to my home 🏡. Thank you

The pharmacy was very helpful and polite in assisting me with issues with my script, was 10.oo an went to 87.50 , with there assistance the payment was reduced

5 stars for Alexa’s customer service! Avoided this Publix for months due to terrible customer service and rude employees. Alexa was very efficient, speedy, pleasant, and sweet! Rueben was not too great! He is a malicious bagger, why would you put cheeses and chocolates in the same bag with meats??? You also put our chocolates in the bag with larger items that would crush them, please be mindful and respectful of customer’s items. Thank you again Alexa!!!

We stopped at the Publix and it’s a shame because it’s very clean. Upon getting to the deli counter we had a young blonde women help us out however she had zero desire to help. Since before taking our order she was giving us looks for starters. After letting her know our order which she messed up she got upset and told another employee to take over because putting mustard on half a sandwich was difficult for her… we simplified our order just to be able to leave quicker. Not sure if she was upset that we spoke Spanish or if she just didn’t want to work but those type of people should really not work at such a place. I just find it mesmerizing that this girl had a total fit over making a sandwich. She looked at the sandwich and then the other half in her hand with no idea what was going on. She looked like they had just drafted her to war, it was really a wild experience. I’ve never seen anyone lose it over mustard on a half a sandwich. Maybe she didn’t like mustard but that’s not here nor there. The fact is she shouldn’t work at a deli if she can’t even put ham and cheese on a sandwich with mustard.

Publix is always nice, clean, organized, friendly and shelves are usually faced off. This one is no exception. The store looks great the prices are fairly reasonable. I believe the quality is there. Great location if you don’t need to make a left turns out of the parking lot. I have shopped many of the public stores and they all are very consistent with their quality in appearance. Some of their amenities: - ATM - lottery - propane - water fill - Pharmacy - flower arrangements - balloons - ect

It’s so refreshing to walk into this location. The store is always so clean. The vegetables are always fresh. Management and team are always eager to assist in any way.
