Excellent grocery that is amply stocked with a variety of products, and is always clean. The staff are always friendly and will greet you and assist you with your needs with a smile on their face. Sets the standard for cleanliness and customer service that a lot of groceries stores and retailers in general severely lack.

Amazing time and amazing butcher. The older gentleman was super helpful and was extremely knowledgeable and we appreciate him helping us navigate how big the cuts of meat needed to be for what we wanted. Here is a photo of us trying to figure out how thick we wanted our steaks.

I give every single Publix a five star rating based simply on how FRIENDLY their staff is. Every cashier is friendly, every stocker is super helpful, and the stores are always clean. I recently had occasion to utilize the catering department (Shana was amazing!!) for my son’s birthday and again, very friendly, helpful, and delivered exactly what I wanted!

Seafood department. Whitney in the seafood department has a horrible attitude. And this is not based off of one isolated incident. I work very close by and go to Publix multiple times a week. Normally the customer service is great, until you get to the seafood department. She has been rude to me multiple times. When I called and spoke to the meat manager about it he made excuses for his department and did not resolve the issue.

Cashiers and front counters representatives..Always provide customer service...Nice managers too..Bakers, very nice individual..The older lady is sweet..Sandwich/hot meals...Only great encounter was Donte' First time, I have met him..He makes good ,tasting Sandwiches, while conversing and smiling with the customers!!! Donte' seems like he ,enjoys his job!!! We need more workers , like him..Working in the back. Even when the line was getting long...Great job ,young Man...Also!! He changes his gloves, without me having to ask...Finally

I'm not reviewing their food court, their prices, or their products. I'm reviewing their customer service. Most publix stores I go into the employees are super friendly. I showed up relatively late, and Walmart denied me from buying stamps to send a letter. I will say the price was higher than Walmart, but at Walmart they told me no, I can't buy stamps. Publix told me that I could absolutely buy stamps until they close. I needed them badly. They have higher prices, but sometimes it's worth paying a few extra dollars to get treated correctly. They treat you amazingly at publix. Thank you to the employee who helped me tonight.

SAD! SICK! SORRY! I was waiting in line for a sub around 5: 20PM. It took about 25-30 minutes just to get a sub with my family. We went to get the Manager Greg and ask Who was gonna help Kenzie get the line down? Because Kenzie was working very hard and diligently. Greg (the manager) went and spoke with the Deli Manager who was standing next to the cold case. Greg asked questions and the Deli Manager stated "I have an associate coming off of break!" After Greg walked away to deliver my family the update. The Deli Manager proceeded to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and did not provide any answers or solutions.

This was a great experience! They made my son's cake for his 9th birthday. It was delicious, ready on time and the sweet lady who took care of us at catering was simply wonderful.

Nice place to shop. I usually shop at wholefood type of stores but this is my go to store when I need a few things quickly. Nice shopping environment. It is always clean. I can usually find everything I’m looking for. This store has a nice section of organic foods. I don’t usually buy from their meat section as I buy my meats from a local farmer and my seafood from a local fish monger. But I highly recommend this store. They have a variety of good options

Publix is always organized, clean, n well stocked. Clean n clear price tags help shoppers manage their spending before going to cashier. It is always pleasant to shop at Publix
