While I love Publix, the order ahead / pick up in store feature doesn’t always get filled properly and it’s rarely on time. (I use it for my weekly deli meat and cheese order). Additionally, the fresh meat selection at the Publix I normally shop at has not been dependable lately. For the last two shopping trips, I had to go to an alternate Publix to get the cut of meat I needed. They are a great chain with quality products. Hopefully things will straighten out soon.

Convenient and very fast but...... Price is a bit higher than other chain stores. Enough for me to notice right off the bat. People were great , price was high. Sorry "Publics" your price hurt me and my pocket.

Publix is to me my favorite place to shop. They have the most calming store, the best customer service, and you can always find things you can't find at other stores. Also it's always clean and sanitized.

Shout out to the ROCKSTAR front end manager of this location, Kim. My wife ran here right at dinner time for a few last minute items. She ended up with way more than she came for and somehow walked out without a bag of groceries. I went back the next night, spoke with Kim and showed the items on the receipt we didn't get. This AWESOME employee spent 10 minutes taking me thru the store to get each item, bagged them up and apologized for the issue. I can't speak highly enough of this kind of customer service. You have a true treasure in this employee.

Visiting Atlanta and didn’t know this Publix but love ours back home. This one has awls scanners which ours doesn’t and we used the normal check out and noticed we picked our oranges that had a gross one so we switched it and they made it super easy. No drama. The bandages and braces weren’t in front of the fancy counter like ours but were close so it was all easy to find. In and out easy :)

I’ve been here multiple times but I am providing my review based on my last visit when I picked up a deli order that I placed via the website. I placed the order for an ultimate sub and a sub as a salad. I got to the store right around the designated time that I scheduled it. It was ready for me when I arrived and it was made according to my customizations. I have no complaints and I totally recommend the subs as a salad if you are gluten-free because that has opened a whole new world for me! They have that process streamlined so it is very easy.
