Publix is a great chain if you don’t mind paying a little more for groceries to have a friendly welcoming atmosphere and a clean supermarket that offers in-house bakery services a deli and hot fare. The store is usually not over crowded the isles are wide enough for people to shop comfortably everything is organized well my only complaint is the prices seem to be only slightly higher than Walmart or Aldi but in my opinion well worth it due to the atmosphere and services available and the general friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I ordered a cupcake cake for my daughters birthday and plan to do the same for my other children the order process was easy and I made last minute changes but the staff was great and accommodated my requests with a friendly attitude.

Always has good products. Best grocery store fried chicken, in my opinion. Prices are a little higher, but the BOGO Free helps even things out. To me, the superior quality of their meats and produce shows.

This is my favorite Publix to shop at. The staff are friendly, courteous, and most helpful. You can see the managers out on the floor, not hidden in some office. The building is always clean and stocked. I also witnessed the staff go into high gear when a woman tripped and fell to the floor. This Management Team has done an excellent job of training their staff for such an event. Not knowing what had actually transpired they were fully prepared with an AED, and life saving gear. I am an RN and was about to step in, but I saw they had every base covered, right down to the staff posted outside the door to redirect customers to a different door, and assist the EMTs to come to the proper entrance. I stood by in case I was needed, but they had every base covered. I was truly amazed at the speed and professionalism shown by their team. I consider this MY Publix and am proud to give this review.

There was a mislabeled price item , which honored the listed price when I asked. Very helpful and friendly checkout staff, and a great cold beer selection. They also have a free mechanical scale near the entrance where you can weigh yourself !

Very clean store. Wide variety. Tons of options! Sushi looked fresh and beautiful! Subs were awesome. From the bakery to the fruit to the dairy and all of the stuff in between, you can find anything here! Very friendly customer service. Large parking lot. Very thoughtful disinfecting process during Covid.

The store is always clean, well lit, the aisles are spacious, and the shelves well stocked. They carry a wide variety of brands, so you always have options when looking for a particular item. Cashiers keep lines moving quickly. The parking lot is huge.

I was in this store the other night shopping. Went to the self check out. Swiped my card and it would not accept it. I tried three times and it would not work. I was getting frustrated and about leave everything and walk out. I look over and see what I assume was a manager of the store. He stood there watching me making me very uncomfortable and finally after my card did not go threw the third time he comes up to me ask me what the problem was. He said"well we can take your transaction to another register and see if it works that way if not I don't know what to tell you" I felt very uncomfortable. We tried the card at a regular register still did not go threw. This employee made me feel very embarrassed. And he said well I don't know what to tell you. Very unprofessional. I said well I guess I can'tget these items. He said well ok.. no problem. Made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed.

this is an excellent Publix location it was extra clean and a very big store with a huge deli section customer service was very nice and let us finish our shopping even though they were technically closed at 9:00 p.m. I did not Rush us. I highly recommend this Publix location two others in the area.

Sushi is fresh, breads and baked goods are fresh and very tasty. Prices have definitely gone up but at least I know I'm buying quality and freshness.

Went to deli after placing order for 3:15 p.m. pick up (for a wrap and full turkey sub) orders were basic waited an hour till my subs were complete, they had the slowest person making subs. They offered it for free but I refused, management had to be paged 3 times before they showed up. I had my kids with me and the staff member making the food said I didnt need to be upset because they were busy and he could not help the time, even though 4 people had their sandwiches made in front of me after I'd been waiting. Emotions run hot once I'm told not to be upset this publix did not correct its mistake and will continue its undermining customer. It's the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a publix. I will shop at others for now on.
