Aimee was bagging groceries today and really made my grandmas whole day. She was SO kind and helped her load her walker, insisted on taking the cart out for us, and was just overall so sweet. The kind of worker that makes you wanna come back to the same location because it feels like they really care about the community they’re serving. Also, this Publix is always well stocked and so clean. I appreciate that :)

Not great, Saturday night, few fresh bread choices for sandwiches, few cake choices, no chocolate cake (what) 6:30 and hot meal area already closed! Ranks pretty low among others. Winn-Dixie across the street is a better choice at this location

Being so new to this area I'm always looking for new places to call my favorites, this Publix was awesome. The Deli lady, the cashier, the bagger, even the floor associate- every single one was just smiling, friendly and helpful! Thank you Publix in Winter Haven!

I can't believe how I was treated this morning at Publix.. went to the deli to get a sub and was waited on by this very rude very agitated person named Hailey.. she got upset because I asked for a little bit of oil on the outside of my bread she immediately told me that is guna make things messy for her ... She was clearly upset that I asked for that. She was really rude..

I have cancer and for the first time I'm not able to cook Christmas dinner so I ordered my Christmas dinner from Publix (Auburndale)the pick up was for today (Christmas Eve) at 6pm my husband goes to pick it up at the agreed time and they didn't have my Christmas dinner 😭 of course they said they were very sorry & that they would credit the cost back to my debit card BUT... money is not the issue 😭it's that NO ONE CALLED US they just waited for us to come pick up our order to let us know that they DIDN'T HAVE IT😡now it's 6:30 pm on Christmas Eve and people coming to my house tomorrow to EAT 😭😭I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT PUBLIX DID THIS😭😭 I ordered and paid for the food 3 days ahead of time

I feel safe there, for the most part. The store is close to my home. Could be bigger, looking forward to seeing the new Publix. ALL the workers from baggers to customer service, and ALL those between are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

I have ordered a sub for pick up on four different occasions now and they have never been ready on the time stated. We have gone in to pick up and had to wait an additional 45 mins after we arrived for our sandwich to be made. The line for sandwiches made in store went through a few times. So helpful tip: save yourself some time and just wait in the line instead of doing a pick up order.

Nice pubix but the stacking employee was coughing all over the food, they need to be careful with sick employees this is food your handling, he cough all over the pantry goods, bad couging, its impossible no manager heard him. During this times sickness hits harder theres many people like me that are weaker from covid and we get actually very sick.

Love Publix in general, just wish they were all set up the same. Friendly staff all around at this location. Always willing to go extra mile. Only downside is waiting for subs. Always feels like there's only one person behind the counter making subs. Even with online ahead ordering and pick up. Still a reputable company. Fair prices. Friendly staff.

The deli counter at this particular location is just so overwhelmed and the wait time for product takes way too long. I’ve been to this location multiple times not every time do I order from the deli but almost every time that I do, they are not taught how to address the public they walk right by, they don’t make eye contact until they’re ready to wait on you which takes forever. The manager disappears priorities in this store need to be addressed I’m almost positive that department managers are working managers this one seems to disappear when the going gets tough which is what I see unfortunately, every time I visit this place I love Publix. I will just find a new one. The corporation should step in.
