It is a little weird to be in a smoking bar. Honestly that's a plus though even though I don't smoke myself. The happy hour price on bottles is great. It's the unfortunate experience of having to discuss my order with the bartender that earns the three stars. (I actually bumped this up a star. But it wouldn't have hurt for the bartender to have have begun the conversation a bit more upbeat.) Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
