I’ve known Gill and his family for a very long time. Close family friends. They are truly the same way to everyone. Personable, respectful and overall very nice people. Their food is beyond amazing. LEMON CHICKEN! They have been doing our events for a long time. 100%

Can’t speak highly enough about the quality of the food or the people! Phenomenal all the way around. Used them for numerous family functions. Never once have they been anything other than incredible.

We celebrated a 75th birthday bash. The food was awesomely delicious. I had the grilled salmon. Magnífico. The service was impeccably awesome also. Highly recommended.

I had the experience of s food tasting and it was wonderful!! That was in 2020. We weren't able to use them due to covid. But we are using them in our upcoming 2 yr wedding celebration! The food is beyond good!!!

The best part of our wedding (apart from getting married of course!) was Gil's catering. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was warm, flexible, and so helpful in every way. He made sure his staff was just like that too - so truly the catering and venue setup couldn't have been smoother. He is an excellent chef - the food was absolutely delicious. And he was an expert in logistics, so everything was ready and perfect well ahead of schedule. I couldn't recommend him enough!

Gil and his team were amazing to work with. We worked closely together during the planning stages and they executed perfectly on the day of the wedding without a single glitch. The food was delicious and plentiful and the attention to the needs of our guests perfect.
