Menu: Dairy. Vegetarian and Vegan options. Cuisine: Artisan Bread Bakery Location: Gush Etzion Type of restaurant: Bakery and Cafe, Family friendly Pricing: Moderate Portions: Moderate-Large What makes it special: Their buttery pastries and sourdough breads
Great place for breakfast. We came on a Friday, not long before closing. We ordered the breakfast and Tofu Salad. Food was delicious. Service was incredible. Our waitress was friendly, and graciously helped us move tables when ours got too sunny. One of our better recent restaurants experiences. Would definitely come back. Tip- weather permitting, best to sit outside for a wonderful view while eating.
We were there with the kids and we loved it, from teaching the kids how to make pretzels to the amazing cafe they have, the breads, the food, loved it. We had a great time, the whole fam.

Everything here is phenomenal. The staff is friendly. The quality and choice of baked goods is great. The restaurant is top notch as well. I was very happily surprised at this gem of an eatery. Next time in Efrat I will definitely stop by.
Fantastic baked goods - a wide range of breads, rolls, and sweet treats, all freshly prepared on the premises. Also available are a series of pastas, dressings, soups, dips etc. You can choose to eat in from a limited but tasty dairy menu which includes, sandwiches, salads and pasta. Lovely people, excellent service (in Hebrew and English). Easy parking outside the front door.
Americans/ Israeli coffee shop. Great selection of build your own sandwiches. Plus pasta, salads etc etc. Good bread, cakes, muffins. Excellent serving staff, friendly, helpful knowledgeable, attentive. The place can get very crowded, showing how popular it is
Nice and quiet place. Tasty breakfast. Although they do not ask you what kind of salad you want, you can decide the type of eggs you want. Plenty of tasty bread and spreads.
Live fairly local. One of our regular haunts. Have good selection of craft breads and patisserie. Never disappoints - that is saying something

One of the best artisan bakeries in the region. The NY Rye and Sundried tomato loaves are our favorite. The mini baguettes are also out of this world. The donuts are the best I've had in Israel. The sit-down restaurant menu is also fun and yummy.
A fantastic eatery with wry name that belies the richness of their menu. Fantastic, beautifully presented fare. The teriyaki salad with tofu was a real delight; so was the Chef’s salad with lentil falafel and techina. And the bread was divine. If you’re in the area, check it out.
