I went there today for my moms birthday. Every one talks about going to this Italian restaurant. Food: Horrible tasteless Italian food over loaded with cheese with no flavor. I rather go to Olive Garden 100 times before I even try it again. Worse worse worse only good thing they have is garlic rolls that’s it! Amazing! For starters the host and servers are very very sweet, our server was a really nice girl that was happily engaging in conversation with all of her other tables and seemed to have a personal connection with them. She was very welcoming and friendly and overall made the experience great. The food was so so delicious and flavorful, we started off with the mussels and marinara as our appetizer and they were beyond delicious and fresh, the serving size is shareable and the broth at the bottom ensured that every mussel was packed with flavor. Then there is the bread. Oh my goodness sooo soft and fresh, the bread is covered in freshly smashed garlic then covered in oil, if you love garlic bread this is the place for you. My boyfriend ordered the spinach tortellini pasta and wow JUST WOW I’m not a big fan of tortilla but it was perfection ! I ordered the linguine with baby clams and white sauce, this was my first, delicious! There were so many fresh clams I couldn’t believe it! We have enjoyed this and several other locations for more than 30 years! The quality of the food is always 5 star as is the service. If you haven’t tried the Snapper Francese you need to! Been to several of the locations. First time was like 1983. Great location friendly staff. All the standards their bread garlic butter mini rolls are still the best. Always a great salad. Food was terrible. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo and pasta Primavera. Alfredo tasted like milk only , no cheese flavor at all. Both pastas were overcooked and mushy. Vegetables were mushy and soggy. Won't be back. This was not good food. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
