Amazing little Jewel of a place on the corner overlooking the beach. Super clean, food was absolutely fantastic. Service was great and the staff were very kind. I was on crutches, and they could not be more hospitable to help me out. I had the equivalent of a Reuben sandwich, which was out of this world. My friend had a tuna melt on English muffin piled high, and it was fantastic.

Great location, okay food quality (barely any cheese on my panini), no water, no bathroom. I am sure it’s great in the summer when at the beach across the street, but we stopped as part of a road trip in Fall.

We have been coming to Prospect Beach House for a few years now. The food is excellent reasonably price great service and the cook will make something if not seen on the menu and something he can do. The staff are always smiling , making you feel at home and Chris the owner goes above and beyond !! You won't be disappointed

Not only was the setting and food delicious, but the service was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, after reading the reviews, I have the upmost respect for the owner and his esteem and his staff. More business owners should have the same value in their staff. Thanks for a delicious lunch on a sunny day. Will recommend to anyone.

Horrible. Completely disappointing. Ordered steak sandwich on the regular menu, and it was all bread. No flavor. Never again.

I got a sandwich which was $9.99 on the menu. I thought it was odd when she said it was $10.70 but even odder when I had to sign the ticker and it was $11.02. I rechecked the menu and confirmed $9.99. I told the cashier that they had a different price on the menu and said she would look into it. When she handed me my food without having checked I explained I would not come back because she did not check into the difference. She then told me the difference was the tax. I said "No you charged me $10.80 plus tax" she said it was a "service charge tax". When I questioned it she told me you don't pay it if you pay cash and said there was a sign in front of the register. There was...and a bigger sign covering it up. That is some shady practice.
