About
The wonderful flavours of the Indian cuisine attract a lot of guests. Ordering nicely cooked chicken biryani, butter chicken and baked naan is a nice experience here. Clients can have good gulab jamun, pudding and pancakes at this bar. It's nice to try delicious marsala. According to the visitors' opinions, waiters offer great tea, mango lassi or coffee. At Priya, you can get a takeaway. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the gracious staff. Nice service is something that people note in their comments. Most reviewers have noticed that the dishes are offered for attractive prices. You will appreciate the spectacular decor and pleasant atmosphere of this spot. Google users awarded this bar 4.1.

I visited Priya Indian Cuisine for dinner on a Thursday night. The ambiance is pleasant with authentic Indian décor, though I wish there were windows. The Indian music enhances the atmosphere. The service was excellent, with friendly servers accepting Apple Pay. While the food took a bit to arrive, it was worth the wait! I tried the Murgh Tikka Saag, delicious and authentic, a bit spicy for my taste, but my spicy tolerance is low. I highly recommend it and plan to return soon! My recent dining experience at Priya Restaurant in Lowell was average. I was disappointed that they didn't follow my specific instructions regarding cutlery. The dishes we ordered had a decent flavor, but the taste is okay. Overall, Priya Restaurant in Lowell offers a decent selection of dishes, but the lack of attention to specific instructions. I like their biryani and Apollo fish. Chicken majestic used to be my all time favorite, but it looks like the chef has changed, it no more tastes that great. It’s always burnt and very dry. If you are a fan of South Indian food, then you would like the dosa they serve. I would recommend dine in rather than take out because the food taste varies. I felt the food was very tasty when had at the restaurant. I’m sure the food will not disappoint you. When it comes to parking, I feel the complex has sufficient space. So it should not be a concern. Was very happy eating here. The food was delicious. I loved it all and they tend to turn down the spice levels on default. However, there wasn't any indication of spice level on the menu, so be careful if you don't like really spicy food. The paneer Masala and paneer biryani wasn't spicy, but the lentil soup was more spicy than some if my fellow diners. The staff is helpful and friendly, so don't be shy asking them for help on spice levels. There is a water fountain in the middle of the dining room, which is kind of fun. Some kids from a different table got a real kick out of it. I will be going back to try the buffet on Sunday dinner and Wednesday dinner. This place is NOT wheelchair accessible. You actually have to go down a full flight of stairs from the front door to get to the restaurant. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had ordered chicken majestic to start with. Followed by spring dosa and Priya special chicken masala with garlic naan. The appetizer, was nice and tasty. Spring dosa was just like masala dosa, not at all like how I expected it to be. Usually spring dosa has a stuffing of veggies in a shezwan sauce but this was just yellow mashed potatoes with some carrot and onions. The sambar and the red chutney was particularly very good. Sambar was thick and authentic with good flavors and a nice blend of vegetables. The best dish of the meal was Priya special chicken curry with basmati rice and naan. The chicken was absolutely delicious and the flavors were so rich and tasty, we totally loved it. Portion sizes are great as well. We finished with mango lassi which was cool and creamy and fresh. I have taken off one star for the service. We were seated for full 20-25 mins before anyone noticed us and served us water and gave us menus. We were on a tight time schedule so this attitude was a little annoying for us. Overall the food was great, will surely stop by the next time we are in Lowell. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

I love love love South Indian food. This place did not disappoint. Everything we ordered... dosa, sambhar, chutneys, fluffy idlis so good!! The hakka noodles were delicious. Did not need any gravy with it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We ordered takeout, garlic and cheese naans, vegetable samosa, chicken kabab, chicken tikka masala, goat vindaloo, and eral varubal (shrimp). The online order system is broken so I had to call-in, which means the only coupon ($10 off $70 order) could not be used. The portion of the three curries are bit small for the price in my mind, but they are very tasty. Each has different layer of spices and heat. The shrimp curry has 8 large shrimps which were tender and springy. The vegetable samosas are crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside.
