3rd time here. Food is excellent. Every dish is cooked perfectly and served with generous portions. Full of flavor and quality ingredients. Sushi is cut to please and very fresh. Best fried rice in Chicago land. All the noodle dishes are served traditionally and super flavorful.

Anytime I see a 5 star review of a new restaurant, I assume it's the owner's friends or family, so let me be clear: I have never met the owners of Prime Sushi and Ramen. But whoever they are, they indeed run a 5 star restaurant offering up what is legit one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. My first bite I was like Anton Ego in 'Ratatouille' after his first bite of Remy's signature dish—dumbstruck and restored. So, c'mon people, let's work together to make sure Prime Sushi and Ramen is not just another restaurant casualty of this strip mall! We deserve great food!

We loved the grand opening! Sushi was amazing, very fresh, tasty and delicious. The miso soup was amazing! Special rolls are different from other places and are very good. We loved it. The price like everywhere, but it was worth it. Deffinately will come back! Soon!

The chicken Karaage and Godzilla sushi were excellent. The ramen was wonderful and everything is made with the owners special recipe. We will be back with our friends to try everything on the menu.
