Food is always great! Best place for large groups. Been here for multiple group meals of up to 20 people and the full menu was available. We didn't have to choose from a limited menu even for our large group. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Visiting from out of town and decided to give it a try. Great customer service. Food missed the mark for me. Cold potato with no seasoning. Steak was tough, had a lot of stringy pieces, and no seasoning to be found. Below average meal for a luxury price point, skip it. Prime is usually one of my favorite places to eat. Tonight I went in there and ordered the baseball sirloin cooked medium rare, oscar style ( on top of asparagus with bearnaise sauce and shredded crab) a side of cheesy polenta and roasted brussel sprouts....yum, right? Usually. My half a salad came out and was absolutely delicious, so I was waiting for the rest of my food to be just as good. When the server brought it out I noticed the brussel sprouts were a little more charred than I liked but I figured I'd try them anyways. My cheesy polenta was so dry and crumbly I couldn't even put it on a fork without using my hands. I had to add a Ramekin of whipped butter just to make it bind together so I could take a couple bites of it. The garlic mashed potatoes were okay but I could make those out of a box any day and they taste the exact same. Finally, on to the steak! I could not wait to bite into this big juicy looking steak topped with all that yumminess. However, my knife was so dull it was really hard to even cut the food. Once I cut my steak I noticed that it was super rare and not the medium rare I asked for, which I could overlook. But then once I tasted it it tasted like I bit into a raw bloody steak with absolutely no seasoning. It was the grossest thing I'd ever tasted. It tasted like straight iron, and to top it off, the asparagus was way too hard and was covered in the nasty blood juice so I couldn't even eat that. I'm not one to complain. And I hate even saying anything to the server but I couldn't let it go... not when im paying over $100 for a meal for 1 person. I understand it's really hard to find cooks and servers in the industry right now, so maybe the owners of the place should step up and help out until they find someone that can keep up with the menu. This type of food will definitely affect your bottom line, and your server/cooks pockets. I hadn't been in in a while and this experience will definitely keep me from going back anytime soon. I hope you guys figure it out. I'm really sad to see such a good restaurant go downhill. I would like to give a huge shout out to my server Jess. She was amazing and went above and beyond for me. She comped the sprouts and polenta, which I told her no, but she was trying to keep a long time customer happy. Thank you Jess. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+

For the price they charge I expected a great meal but was pretty disappointing. Food was room temperature at best. Not much seasoning on the steak or potatoes. Steak was full of inedible fat. Service was alright. Many other restaurants serve significantly better meals for much cheaper. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Service was awesome! The soup was the best thing. The tomahawk I got was cooked inconsistently. Although it tasted awesome, almost 30% of the steak was basically uncooked fat. I liked the atmosphere too. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
We had a great meal here! Our server Mia was amazing, and the stroganoff was the best my MIL has had. My Mac and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes were delicious! The cheese sauce is a touch grainy, but it didn't bother me. Great place for a date night or a nice dinner with family. It was my first time here. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the food took a little bit too long to come out. I think appetizers came out 20-25 mins later and entrees came out about 10-15 mins after the appetizers. I had the salmon sandwich. I think I will try and come back to try something different when I am not hungry or in a hurry to eat and leave. We went here for the first time for a belated Mother's Day dinner for my mother-in-law, who was visiting from out of town. We had excellent service from Ryan, who attended to everything perfectly. He's a terrific server! To be honest, everything we had was delicious, except for the pricey steak (baseball cut top sirloin.) My husband ordered it medium well, and they had warned us that they tend to skew on the more rare side of things. It sure looked fairly rare /dark pink to us. Ryan had it taken back to cook a little longer, but honestly, it came back almost the exact same color. My husband didn't want to be a pain any further, so he just didn't say anything else. The meat was exceptionally tough and chewy, despite the peppercorn flavor being tasty. A true disappointment. Aside from the steak (which one would assume woild be the star of the show at a steakhouse), the salmon was outstanding, the shrimp was very tasty, the prime burger and fries was absolutely delicious, and the desserts we had were stellar (espresso creme brulee, cheesecake and flourless lava cake). Moral of the story: if you are getting anything besides a steak, you're in for a treat! On a side note, paying $22 for 2 hours of parking in Redmond on a Sunday night kind of blew my mind. There was no parking in the designated spots around the restaurant when we arrived, so that added an unexpected amount of $$ to the evening. The chicken fried steak was awesome. Love the steak, chicken fry batter, gravy. Wish the steak portion could be larger not just the batter. The Monte Cristo was also very good, the only problem is it's fried and bit oily. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food was good just high priced for the atmosphere. The filet was money though I'd have to admit. Service was OK only gripe I had was waiting over an hour from the time we ordered entrees and recieved our appetizers. Other than that it was a good spot to grab dinner.
