The service rating should be split. Our server was amazing. We made reservations and were there early. 3 others were seated in front of us. The hostess didn’t even attempt to help, other than say “our table” wasn’t ready. We had never been so we didn’t request a table. The steak was cooked properly but the quality of meat wasn’t great. The wife had a shrimp pasta that was good but the shrimp were over cooked. The dessert was amazing and the bartender made amazing cocktails. You may want to pass on the JUMBO Asparagus as they were smaller than her shrimp. Smoky Old Fashioned lived up to its name. This place was amazing! The atmosphere was amazing and romantic. Enjoyed dinner and music by Micah. He was absolutely amazing! Our waiter was amazing, always smiling and took great care of us! The food was OUTSTANDING. For appetizer we had the BOOM BOOM SHRIMP & the Bruschetta phenomenonal 10/10 recommend. We had the New York Steak, chicken & Shrimp pasta (To Die For), and amazing Brussels sprouts. Perfect date night and perfect way to end a stressful week! This is the nicest high end restaurant in Waxahachie. The atmosphere, setting, and ambiance in the historic Citizens Bank building from the early 1900's is upscale and elegant. There was a man singing classic songs from the era of Frank Sinatra. He was so good we thought it was a recording. We asked and he sings there every Friday night. The food was outstanding. We had the Delmonico Ribeye and the Chicken Picatta. Oh, and you have to get the triple layer Ganache chocolate cake with amaretto cherries. Our server was excellent and the owner Dennis, checked in to welcome us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall great experience and highly recommended. We had a great waiter, the place has a nice vibe, but the brunch food was just not for me. It made me and my spouse feel ill. We had the breakfast burger and the chicken & waffles, sharing both. Perhaps it was just an off day. We didn't drink anything other than water. Perhaps we are both just weirdly sensitive. The presentation and plating of the food was nice! I have been here several times. Everything I have eaten here has been about the best or the best I have had. Even the sauces for their cheesecake that they bring in from New Jersey are hand made by the chef. They also have great and fun cocktails. Atmosphere is old time black and white like a Chicago or New York, which is fitting for a former bank in an old town. Only downside is sometimes you can be there a couple hours if it is busy and you have a large party. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I went to Prime 115 to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we walked into the building, we knew this place wasn't going to disappoint. The music playing in the background was a selection inspired by Sinatra and perfectly paired with the ambiance. We had a reservation at 7:15 but arrived at 6:30 and decided to see if a table was available sooner. The hostess was able to switch tables and get us seated right away. As we walked through the first floor dining area, we were surprised to see that what we thought was a DJ or radio playing the music was actually a live singer. We were seated at our table, and our server greeted us immediately. The wine selection was impressive. Since I knew I wanted steak, I opted for a Malbec, and my husband went with the Osborne cocktail. The server returned to inform me that they were out of the Malbec but had a Cabernet that was similar in profile that would pair nicely with any steak option. I took her recommendation and was very happy with the Cabernet. To start, we ordered the brushetta and crab cakes. The crab cakes were so delicious, and the crab was perfectly seasoned. Brushetta has always been a favorite of mine and also did not disappoint. My husband ordered the Domonico Steak (20 oz.), and I ordered the Filet Mignon. We also ordered the shrimp risotto, truffle Mac and cheese, jumbo asparagus, and button mushrooms as sides since we didn't know the sides came "family style." I'm happy we ordered what we did because we got to try so many of their offerings. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and so tender they cut like butter. The risotto was also cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Even the vegetable options were fantastically flavored and well cooked. We ended the night with their NY cheesecake. Our server informed us that they order this cheesecake from NY. It was so flavorful and somehow both dense and light at the same time (you'll have to try it to know what I'm talking about). Overall, there wasn't anything we didn't like about this place. It definitely is a place we will celebrate at again next year. I also look forward to bringing my friends and family here in the future! I had salmon that was very good. I think everyone in our party enjoyed their food. The wait staff was very helpful. Our waiter was friendly and very kind to the children. Everything was very good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Ambiance and service were good. My wife and I had been there before and enjoyed a nice steak and she had a chicken plate that is no longer on the menu. Since her elderly parents were visiting for Thanksgiving, we wanted to treat them a nice restaurant/dinner. Unfortunately, the food was adequate at best. We had 3 dishes with chicken and pasta in them. All 3 had dry and tough chicken. One pasta was under cooked and had clumps. One dish had shrimp that had no flavor and was tough. The sea bass was a very good dish and flavorful. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

For Locals that don't know, this restaurant has had a new owner over the past 3-6 months and for lack of a better term, it was pretty underwhelming. As a disclaimer, we were a party of 6 and for any restaurant, serving large parties is difficult. There were just some things I know they could've done better. I would give the food a 6/10. And I'm comparing it to the several steakhouses I've had in the DFW area with pretty impressive chef's and menus, some known worldwide. I had the Filet Mignon Medium-rare and I was initially thrown off because they served me one that was medium-well that another guest at the table had ordered by mistake. My actual steak had the correct texture but it wasn't exactly teeming with flavor or anything to write home about. I've had the ribeye as well and I'd say the same thing. Again this is a comparison to well established steakhouses in the DFW area; I wouldn't say it was bad steak just doesn't rank very high in my book. The sides were alright, Mac & Cheese, brussel sprouts, and calamari were all decent. My Wedge Salad was tasty, but wasn't served with a lot of dressing so I didn't finish it. Service Our server Hope was very nice. We've had Monica on occasions as well and we always ask for her when she's available. Our food did take a long time to be prepared w/ the few guests that were dining at the same time as once. We waited close to an hour and 20 minutes. Again we were a party of 6 but it still seemed to take a while. We had a glass break near our table and several pieces were still lying around under the table when we left. Great Atmosphere with live music. If I were to give a message to management, it would be to strive for perfection and make sure the quality of the food matches the price. I'm so thankful to have a steakhouse restaurant serving our community, but EVERY detail counts especially knowing in the next 1-5 years you likely will have several other competitors in the area. There will definitely be a day I give Prime 115 another chance and I will certainly update my review if I notice improvements. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
