2/12/23-Super over priced when compared to other boba places. They also like to nickle and dime people, like bobas are not included but are an up charge. Two drinks came to $20 which is way higher then other places where I pay about $16 with tip. The drinks were ok, but they didn't stand out. Even after asking for extra taro flavor it was still super weak. The did have some samples of their tea in containers people could sniff which was slightly amusing. Got the Pearl Milk Tea (ceylon black tea version) with a shot of espresso, 30% sugar, and light ice. Still a bit too sweet for my preferences. The shot tasted a bit weird. Lots of boba, which was warm and gooey and fresh. Overall, not the best I've had, but still quite enjoyable! WiFi avail inside but not the best place to work for an extended period of time. The service and the building were all nice. I liked the plants and the overall vibe. However, the Mango Cloud drink did not meet my expectations. This is my first time going there and I got a Mango Cloud drink with Panda Boba (kind of weird, I know). The drink was okay, but not too special. The boba, though, was not very enjoyable. Overall, two stars, but that's just my personal experience with the place. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I don’t go there often but when I do, I leave upset. I’m there around 6-7pm, and it’s been the last three times that they have ran out of boba (well make more). You’re a boba spot, how do you run out of boba? It is also pricier than other boba places, I will not be returning Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Edit: pleaseeee I found a bug in my drink today. I'm devastated 💔 I'm glad I waited to write a review on this place. During the height of the pandemic, the quality of this place was very low due to staffing changes. Now though, they have an updated selection of drinks and more consistent workers, so the boba & drinks are getting better and better :) + atmosphere + cleanliness - loud music - no wifi (xfinity available) I recommend the strawberry lychee drink or avocado smoothie with brown sugar. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
Update Good boba tea and smoothies. Quick and polite service. Updated menu Everyone enjoyed their drink this time. A little pricey, making visits infrequent Bummed they got rid of the strawberry banana smoothie 😕 ----------- Old review Not a big fan of the bubble teas we got, but the smoothie was really good. Will have to come back to try some different ones. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

The boba is pretty good but it's so ridiculously expensive compared to other boba shops in the area. They have a kiosk to order and it only allows you to order one size - large. But we saw someone come in and order at the counter and they were able to get a medium sized drink? Then it took 25 min to get my order because the staff didn't know how to make an item on the menu (waffle) and they said their strawberries were moldy so I had to get different toppings, which weren't very good. We were pretty disappointed. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20

Definitely a good place for boba when there’s nothing nearby. The drink I got is very good, but over $7 for a fruit tea is a bit pricey. Edit: Also the employee was super nice and recommended great drinks. The vibe of the whole place is very aesthetic with good music (Flying Lotus). Price per person $1–10

They have a lot of Flavors available, I like going to Boba places and getting things that I’ve never tried before instead of the same old same old so I really appreciate that they have a lot of varieties Service Take out Meal type Other
Closet thing I've tasted to Chinese milk tea from the mainland so far. Also great customer service. The owner honored a mistaken advertising commitment. I think this is a store I can get behind. So far I'm very much into the basic Panda as well as Jasmin and Green teas. It's also nice to find a place that does cheese foam (salty cream).
