Prairie Coffee is one of our very favorite places! We love their coffee, protein balls, all their goodies, the atmosphere, but above all the service, the owners/employees are AMAZING!! We go as often as possible! We bring our cards & drink yummy coffee together! It’s a great family place, but also a sweet place for my husband & I to enjoy cards, coffee and each other! My first time at Prairie Coffee Co. It's a great inviting, comfortable space with friendly service. I had a matcha and protein peanut butter balls. Both were delish! Absolutely the best coffee shop around! Quaint atmosphere where I can visit & catch up with friends, read a book & relax, or do homework. Friendly staff that we like to refer to as family! Amazingly delectable tasty treats and the coffee is so good that I often just get it plain rather than fancy...but fancy is good too! So happy to have this delightful coffee shop in town! I enjoyed my experience, especially because I am picky about coffee, I have to say the coffee tastes great and the flavors supported the coffee and were not overpower. The owner is also open to critique which I felt was very community minded and I enjoyed asking questions. I can't wait for the full opening so I can be a regular. Highly recommend as soon as you can get there. 👍 Update: I'm going to leave the rating because the coffee is good but the muffins were way overbaked. Updates on the update: they are making everything better, come back soon for some exciting summer flavors. They are perfecting their cooking and recipes so they are worth coming back to. 😋 I'm not giving up on them and they aren't giving up either! Update 3.0 I love this place, it feels like home in this precious city and I'm always excited to visit. Sweetest owners and always delicious coffee!!! A very nice, cozy, laid back place to enjoy a magnificent cup of coffee. They have delicious pastries that are made in house everyday and the quiches are amazing too. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and treat you like family. Today was my first visit and I had the pumpkin spice hot latte with a pumpkin spice muffin with cream cheese frosting and it was perfect. Thank you Prairie Coffee Co., I’ll be back! We were very pleased with the coffee, atmosphere, and creme puffs. I would highly recommend. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I've been here every day this week and will be back next week! It was a great place to hang while my kids were in camp at the rec center. We live kind of far and driving home and back was a lot for a half-day camp. Space: Clean and open. Lots of plugs and chargers to use throughout the space make working possible. Wifi is available. There's even a cute lil space for rent if you wanted to host a small event. I'd love to have a board game night or meet up with friends. Bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated. Tried different things each day. Lots of fun breakfast and coffee/tea options. Food/drink Here are my reviews: Iced coffee: strong. I'm used to light coffee. I found myself shaky for the day but that is normal for me. Good flavor, great service. Chai tea: love love love this. Hibiscus iced tea: very flavorful. Opted for the unsweetened and it was a great alternative. Spinach and tomato quiche: this was good. The tomatoes were sundried, that was a flavor I wasn't expecting. Cookies: chocolate chip- didn't get to try them but my kids liked them! Asiago bagel- perfect choice for me! I don't like sweet things for breakfast and it was nice to have this savory choice. Coconut macaroon- this was delicious. Dipped in chocolate and they even mentioned that they are gluten free. They kept it separate from the other items and I appreciate they took that extra step. The atmosphere here is cozy. I loved the way old is made new but preserved the architecture! The coffee was great and the lemon poppyseed muffin was delicious and I’m glad Robert suggested to heat it up…it was tasty 😋!! This was my first visit here. I’m glad my sister brought me here!
