This is a wonderful place I can recommend to anyone, I have went to this place every single day when I am in Pokhara.
Obviously this place is not a lounge and one must not expect such, but talking about food and service, I doubt any other restaurants in the town can beat them.
I still go there and I wish these guys stay there forever.
Great restaurant, best chicken vegetable chowmein with plenty of veg. Super friendly staff and a wide menu.
Definitely recommend. Great flavours in their curries too. Good portion sizes and very reasonable prices.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! PP Local is a comfortable, affordable, hygienic restaurant that offers tasty food. They're located just beside Disneyland on the main road. I will highly recommend their fried momos, lassi, paneer and naan. Their portions are huge and the taste is high quality and authentic. They also do take-aways.
Aside from the food, its a family owned restaurant and everyone (from the Dad, Mom, to Daughter) was friendly and professional. During our first visit, we had an unfortune moment where a group of 4 sat beside our table of 2, 10 minutes after we entered. They were very rude and kept disrupting the family from cooking by following up with their order, even though we ordered first. So the family had to serve their dishes before ours. Nonetheless, the family were so nice about it and checked up on us to say sorry for the long wait and ask about our meal.
A restaurant environment like theirs is something to patronise time and time again. We can't wait to be back to try more dishes. Please do support their business!

This resturant is worth more than 5 stars! The owners are friendly and welcoming and always make sure everything is fine.
I love how they incorporate momos into their dishes of thukpa and Chowmein and by far the best of both dishes we have tried throughout Nepal to date. The food and prices are excellent and keep us coming back .

The food here is always tasty. I have been eating here regularly for at least twice a day for a couple of weeks. I really love their Rajma curry with garlic naan and a very good Marsala tea. I love my tea and they make it authentic and flavourful. It's a family business and I've found them all to be very friendly, courteous and nice. The low prices are the best value for food, anywhere in Pokhara. I thoroughly recommend eating here.

Very nice restaurant 👍
Pokhara is a gastronomic paradise for anyone who's had their fill of dal bhat. In fact, it's almost hard to find Nepali fare here, which is okay; Pokhara has grown from a small town to Nepal's second largest city mainly thanks to tourism.
Key areas for dining are Central Lakeside and North Lakeside (the former is more commercialized while the latter is more bohemian). That said, any spot along the actual lake or with lake views is where you'll want to have at least one meal or drink during your stay (better yet, have a beer on a boat as you catch the sunset).
What should you try? Fresh fish (generally tilapia or Himalayan trout) is available at many restaurants, either grilled or in a curry, but perhaps the best places to have it are in Pame, an area beyond North Lakeside. Coffee is locally grown, sourced from farmers around Pokhara (learn more about it in Best Cafés in Pokhara.) Thukpa and other Tibetan dishes are widely available in the three Tibetan refugee enclaves, and there are several Thakali restaurants, which makes sense given Pokhara's proximity to Mustang.
Chinese food is edging in, as evidenced by Pokhara's new Chinatown, and there are also a number of authentic Korean restaurants. You’ll find plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well; the farther north you go on Baidam Road or Lakeside, the more frequently you'll encounter kombucha, hemp milk, fresh juices, and other hippie delights.
It's worth noting that there are a number of restaurants and cafés that have locations in Kathmandu (Pho 99, Café Evoke, OR2K, Roadhouse Café, Himalayan Java, and Newari Kitchen) so if you're planning to spend time in the capital, you may opt to skip these—not that there’s any harm in visiting them more than once!
PP Local restaurant is affordable with good seating area. The noodles were super good and Nepali thali was okay okay. Their coffee was good. Wi Fi is available here.
