I can't express how thrilled I am with Pot O' Gold's service. Their delivery process is seamless, and the coffee arrives promptly, freshly roasted and meticulously packaged. The delivery drivers are always very nice and professional. They are very tedious when it comes to stocking, and they always go above and beyond for any request! Their coffee machines are incredible, and their technician service is impeccable! Their commitment to quality and exceptional customer service make them my go-to choice for all my coffee needs.

Pot O Gold is the best in the biz, and even better - they're a local, family owned company! I have worked with a number of similar vendors over the years and the difference is night and day. Pot O Gold is responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and above all, their staff are kind and patient. I've been working with them for about 3 years now and it's been a dream. Excellent corporate coffee supplier - their machines produce a reliable cup of coffee and their service is beyond compare. Service calls resolved within the hour and super friendly account reps. We're glad to have them!

Pot O Gold not only has amazing coffee, but they also provide the best service. I have been using them for a few years now and their communication is excellent. They are willing to listen to all of your concerns, and do whatever you need to make the service as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for office refreshment options.

If you're looking to make your employees happy and keep them fueled up, then Pot O'Gold should be your go-to company! Laurie, Larry, Blake and the crew really care about their customers and it shows. POG has been operating in the Puget Sound area before coffee was cool. Plus, they're local! What's not to love?!

I have only worked with Pot O Gold for about nine months and I can safely say that I have only had the best experience with them! They are super responsive over email and over the phone and are always willing to try new things to make customers happy. I recently called in with something I wasn’t sure they could do and Blake and staff were able to do it and execute it perfectly. We worked together and I had a lot of questions, but I was never made to feel like I was bothering them. They always made me feel comfortable in all communications. I’m glad we’ve kept in contact during this crazy time and I’m very happy with the service I’ve experienced so far!

I would give Pot O’ Gold Five Stars in terms of both Quality Products and Outstanding Service! Our employees and customers thrive on coffee and have become accustomed to having it readily available 24/7. Pot O’ Gold responds to service needs ASAP and ensures that our brewers/machines are up and running. From the office staff to delivery drivers and repair technicians, the entire team has always been more than amazing and friendly. I realize that once you know of a good company to work with you have to share that information as they deserve to be known. I've been working with Pot O Gold for over 8 years now, moving companies and having them tag along with me. They are reliable locally owned family business that does a great job, is a pleasure to work with (hey, Lisa and Robert! ;-)) and go out of their way to meet your needs. A huge shout out to Robert for always having a great attitude, going out of his way to make sure items are stocked and nicely organized and always having a positive attitude and a smile! Keep it up team POG!
