Had been ordering for a while and always tip nicely usually the staff is good on the phone. Then out the blue I haven't received my food double time, maybe not at all as I'm writing this the food is over an hour late, and when I called to check my delivery the person on the phone at 520pm from this post didn't have the right attitude and came off rude. Way to keep your buisness. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went here for lunch with friends. It was excellent. Had lobster ravioli on special. Came with soup. Wait staff was friendly and prepared. Would recommend to friends. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
My fiancé and I constantly order from Portifino for about two years now, and we really love their food. Today I ordered dinner and the delivery driver must’ve drove like a complete d-bag because our sauce was ALL over the bag and cardboard box. He handed me the box with the sauce literally dripping out of it. 🤬
Good food overall good service but at one point all servers sat down together to eat Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Was told 45 min and took over an hour and 10 min. Pizza was ice cold when delivered, The wings were almost inedible and they never sent the mozzarrella sticks I ordered. Will Stick to Naples pizza from now on. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1
I ordered a margarita pizza and this is what I got.. the bottom was burnt, but the pizza was still so floppy and super super soggy like it was definitely an old pizza they heated up real quick to just give to me. Even tho the wait was 1 hour. Garlic bread was a soggy hoagie roll with garlic butter in it that was microwaved. It was cold and soggy. No toasted, or oven marks on it. and the antipasto was literally just ham, lettus, four slices of cheese, and some tomatoes. It was also almost 50 bucks for the large pie, garlic bread, and antipasto.
Very disappointed the chicken tenders went from big crunchy pieces to Purdue from Walmart and my pizza was delivered with all the cheese pushed to one side and couldn’t have been thinner I’m extremely disappointed I’ve been ordering for the last 5 years and quality has gone from bad to worse Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1
Good food. Service slow. Forgot garlic knots. The food was tasty.

We always do deliver and get very prompt service. We like their pizza very much, especially the sausage and peppers. If you ever have a problem, the owners fix it quickly. Nice family owned restaurant. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Plain Pizza and a Sicillian
I ordered a simple chicken salad from them and it was made very fresh. A great amount of chicken and my son was also filled with his food. I appreciate them because when I order, they don't take too long. Their delivery time is always correct. Service Delivery
