About
The truth is that you will really like nicely cooked gluten-free pizza, chicken pies and calzones. It's time to relax and degust tasty blueberry pie. You will enjoy delicious craft beer, draft beer or root beer at this pizzeria. As many reviewers remark, lemonade is really good. Food delivery is a big plus of Portland Pie. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the gracious staff. Enjoyable service is something clients appreciate here. Pay low prices for eating at this spot. You will certainly appreciate the charming atmosphere and nice decor. Google gives it 4.2 so you can select this pizzeria to have a good time here.

The Cobb salad w/ chicken was delicious...esp with added cheese and egg. My friend enjoyed her cheese pizza. The server was accommodating with our requests and very pleasant but unfortunately never came back to see how we were doing. (Maybe short staffed??). Overall, another good experience with PPC Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Build Your Own Pizza

This Portland Pie is located in the Cabela's parking lot area, so there is plenty of parking and the place is easy to access. We went on a Wednesday afternoon which was a good choice. The place only had a few customers and it was a peaceful setting. The table was clean and the silverware was shiny with no water spots or anything like that. Nice clean establishment. The best news was that on Wednesdays bottles of wine are $15 which is a pretty good deal. We got a corked California Cab and it was right tasty. For our late lunch we split a 16" pizza with blue cheese and sausage. It was served quickly and piping hot. We ate every bit of it and it was delicious. For information, the sausage they use is more like a kielbasa sausage as opposed to a regular Italian sausage. I prefer the Italian type but it was very good as it was and I would order it again. Our server was very attentive with the water and condiments and she provided us with super service and some great conversation. All in all we had a good time with good food and some nice wine, very enjoyable experience. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Update 2023: friendly and accommodating waitstaff. Update 2020. They have gotten there act back together. We continue to bring friends and relatives from-away there and they are never disappointed with the meals. The food is great, a 5 star for sure. We go there (Scarborough) often and our friends and family from away usually ask to go there when they are up visiting. Be careful, however, when you buy gift certificates online at Christmas. Don't do it online; do it in person at the restaurant. They usually offer $5 free for every $25 purchased. But........ in the last year, we have twice tried to redeem the free $5 ones only to find out they were already marked as a zero balance (out $10) . We never ask for redeemed cards back and just leave them with the waitstaff, so there is no way we could be giving them one that we already used. Thus, I would recommend that you ask the cashier to check each and every certificate after you buy them to make sure that they are truly activated. Update: (12/16/17) Scarborough, again! The food is still a 5 but the service last night was a zero to a one. It was a Saturday; it was a week before Christmas; and there was a big sale going on at the major retail store, the draw to that shopping plaza. Was there ample service staff on hand to handle the crowd? NO! Was this the first pre-Christmas week that we experienced this lack of service? NO! If this was our first experience at PP, it would have been our last. Over 2 hours to get menus, beverages, our meal, and the check. The restaurant was half full when we arrived but we had to wait before we could be seated as all the open tables were cluttered with prior guests dirty plates, utensils, napkins, etc. They are called busboys or busgirls, eh! We had a guest with us so we stayed; otherwise we would have left as we could see a rerun of the past Christmas visit. We felt soooo bad for the young couple near us, with a baby. Did you ever try to keep a baby patient for over an hour before you get your food. We truly hope that management corrects this and stays on top of their game. Poor service does not foster return customers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Meat Pizza
This place has a well deserved reputation. The pizza is very good. Comes to your table hot. They have a tall stainless pizza carousel so you SB fit more ours in your table. Great idea. The waitress knew her stuff about the menu, and made a nice recommendation. Atmosphere a little cold and spread out. in appearance although they have a nice fireplace. Kind of trades off on the Cabelas across the parking lot. Portland Pie is worth your while. Go and get some pizza. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
After a week of healthy, plant-based vegetarian dishes, I indulged my craving for cheese with a pizza delivered to my hotel room. The stuffed mushrooms were good, small pizza was not not. It was very small, oily and flat, crust burned with plastic around every slice of pepperoni. Cost was $40 + tip but delivery was fast. Extremely disappointed with the nasty pizza but I recommend the stuffed mushrooms, especially if they added more spinach and removed the bacon...or had option offered. My pizza looked nothing like the photos in others' reviews or advertisements. Maybe they send the worst out to delivery? Had a great time. Pizza came out fast and was phenomenal. Would not expect pizza in Maine to ever be this good. I am not a pepperoni lover but this one delicious. All the extra dipping sauces are recommended. Beer was great too and reasonable in price. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What an amazing experience this was! Waitress was wonderful with our party of 5, very patient considering how much food we ordered. Relaxed environment to spend a Saturday evening, with no pressure to move on. Food was sooo good - and very reasonable! Hubby ordered the personal meatlovers and I ordered the Pawtuckaway (meatball with chicken cutlet). Both made well, he finished his and I ate half of mine, as we also shared appetizers with our friends (nachos grande no added meat and the special birria tots). Dessert was a white chocolate blueberry crumble cheesecake, but the others ordered the chocolate marshmallow cake and proclaimed it delicious! Highly recommend stopping here for a great experience. My friend and I loved everything! It was kind of pricey ($2.50 per topping!) but our server recommended the old orchard and allowed us to replace artichoke with olives. We got the vegan cheese and I was so happy they didn't use daiya, they use follow your heart and it was amazing! Would definitely recommend. We got great service too. I should have taken a picture w my hand to show you how small the pie actually is. This cost $15. It was supposed to have peppers and onions but there were barely any on it. Very disappointing in the quality of the food received. We also got the spinach dip that was supposed to have a bread bowl but it was not in our take out order. Def won’t ever go back here. Expensive but low quality food Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Very good food and service and experience. We had buffalo wings, the Caprese Sliders, and 4 10" pizzas; BBQ, Breakfast, Parmesean, and the Baked Potato. All delicious, the Basil crust flavor was the best. Highly recommend. Also, the washrooms, floor, windows, and outside were all exceptionally clean.
