The food was unbelievable bad and still is. The service was good however we ordered linguini and clams and they actually tried to pass off clams in a can for 22.00. The chicken was awful. The Italian sandwich had very little meat on it if any at all. Down home cozy Valley Center vibe. Very simple and clean restaurant with excellent food at affordable prices and a phenomenal and friendly service team! They play great music at a reasonable volume too! We have been here dozens of times have always had a stellar experience. The salads are wonderful and the lobster bisque with the lightly toasted, buttered breadsticks with a hint of salt is absolutely delicious! The pizzas are crazy good and the ingredients are high quality! If you are even close to Valley Center, make your way to Portino's and enjoy a fun and delicious family dining experience you will always remember! Very busy with online orders , i sat down to eat and I loved it . Very spacy and the hosts were amazing . Checking on us every 5 min .
