If you want a delicious hot dogs this is the right place for it and for shakes. The hot dog and the chocolate cake shake was very tasty 10/10. Tastes just like it does at home in Chicago! I’ve moved away from Chicago and was traveling in the area when I saw this Portillo’s. I was so excited to get an Italian Beef - you can’t find them in many places - and I am so glad it was just as delicious as I remembered it to be. The retro atmosphere in every Portillo’s is fun, too. This place can get really busy, especially the drive through, but orders move fairly quickly. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Only complaint is the price but everything is expensive these days. If you want a great Chicago style dog you won’t be disappointed. The only thing I think could be better is the fries. They’re just your standard crinkle cut fries. Nothing special. On the way home Phoenix and was craving some Portillos! Great location right off the highway and easy to get into. We opted for drive thru and our order came out fast! We got the Rodeo burger and char grilled sausage sandwich. So satisfying and so good!
