Great customer service tonight at Porthouse Crabcakes & Creamery. It was our anniversary and we were wanting ice cream. We walked up at 6:30 and realized they closed at 4. The owner, Kelly, was leaving as we were walking away. He asked if we wanted ice cream and re-opened the store just for us! We didn’t reaize they make their own ice cream - it was delicious, highly recommend.

I ordered the kids chicken tenders specifically for the free ice cream that come with it. While ordering, they did not honor the promise on the menu, granting the order a free scoop of ice cream. For that reason, terrible service.

The wrose crab cake i ever had and I have been to everyone from woodys in Beach DE to Moe's Baltimore md and Plenty of others. I paid $42.00 for nothing
