I love Popeyes!! The chicken is usually spot on and flavorful. The in store atmosphere is another thing all together. I have rarely seen anyone eating in the restaurant, and the employees radiate the "I'd rather be anywhere else but here" vibe. I understand it is likely a minimum wage job and thank less at best, but that's not an excuse. My first job was at Taco Bell at 15 yrs old, making $3+ an hour. I took pride in my performance and made the best of it. This location is clean and maintained for the most part, except for the taped together cash register. I hope that Popeyes can perhaps increase pay a bit and possibly attract a better class of employees. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

These Popeyes employees were not professional, quick, or bad customer service. Took care of the drive thru customers first I put order online and went to pick up when I had to wait over 3hrs. Will not recommend this Popeyes location to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

After receiving this order it completely done it for us...it was good while it lasted but I can't. This was my experience at the location on receipt. No I did not call the number to complain due to their fix has always been to offer me a 2 piece dark meat even when I ordered and paid for white meat, plus appetite is done.

Ordered 6 piece wing meal. Didn't realize the wings were separated. Only received 2 of the little leg part that actually have meat on them & 4 of near meatless part of wings. Can't believe they consider that 6 wings. The tenders, beans & rice, and slaw were good. Restaurant was dirty. I went to this Popeyes location earlier this week for dinner. I ordered via the drive-thru and the employee taking orders was very polite. I ordered a 5 pc spicy tender dinner with a side of Cajun fries. Everything came out hot and crispy and the chicken tender pieces were sizable too.

Absolutely the slowest in the entire Houston area and that's not an exaggeration. Went Wednesday, placed a mobile order ahead of time and had to wait several minutes despite literally being the only car in line AND STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG. Went back today, Friday. Placed a mobile order and still ended up waiting over 15 minutes despite only 2 other cars. Then it took literally 5 minutes for them to even come to the window when it was my turn. I would have left if it was possible to cancel the order, but of course was already charged. This wasn't random or isolated times. I'll go to the one on El Dorado before going back there. Not even a sorry either time. Y'all are thee worst. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decided to stop here since I really didn't know what I wanted to eat. Had to end up waiting for some HOT & FRESH chicken which I didn't have a problem with. It was ICE cold in the facility but I know it's due to them cooking. Totally enjoyed my meal and will go back when time allows. Who ever the bald headed guy is he needs to find a different job, we ordered our food and I’ll admit I was already peeved because we had to tell them we were missing all of our drinks and silverware, I also ordered a chicken leg on the side and did not see it in the bag , so went back in to say I didn’t receive one , the cashier relayed the message and he came out and said he put it in the bag with the fries 🤔 and he knows it’s in there because he did it , I go out to the truck and look in the bag with fries thrown in it and see fries and a biscuit, bring the bag in and he opens it and underneath all the fries and he pulls out the biscuit with his bare hands and puts it on the counter and there’s the chicken , then proceeds to call me a liar . Number one why is the separate ordered chicken leg in with the fries and biscuit, at other locations they always put it separately. I ask him for another biscuit because he touched it and put it on there disgusting counter and proceeded to call me a liar again then walked away. All I have to say is this place was disgusting compared to other locations, and again bald guy needs to learn how to handle situations a lot better .
