Ordered Ghost pepper wings and after 30 mins of wait we were given some very plain chicken wings (not the usual for ghost pepper). So we decided to call the restaurant since we already left and were on our way home and the lady told us apparently “they were out of ghost pepper wings seasoning”, but no one informed us when we ordered them and in that 30 mins we waited for them. She transferred us to the manager, he did not even say sorry and gave us very nasty attitude. No one cares about customers here. I pulled up to the drive-through and waited 5 minutes. No response, I drove to the window and was told it was shift change, and I had to come in. I stood at the cashier with nobody there to take my order. They were getting orders ready slowly from the drive-through. After I ordered, 15 minutes later, I asked the 2 customers that were there before were they still awaiting for their food in which they replied, yes. I noticed then there were no cooked chicken in the trays. I asked the employees were is the chicken and if none was ready they could give me my money back. They said they had some coming up. The worst experience in any Popeyes chicken I've ever been to. The workers were very slow and had I don't give a $$&% attitude. Avoid this restaurant at all cost!!! The workers here are terrible. Completely ignored me and had me waiting 30 minutes for a mobile order. Ask them why it’s taking so long and then they start making it🤦🏽‍♀️. I had placed the order 10 mins prior to getting there. Manager was no help and have a nasty attitude. 5 people walked out as I was waiting. It wasn’t even busy. Won’t be coming her again. I wish I would make a negative star review! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Clean plenty of tables to dine in and also a fast drive through. easy access to highway Staff was ok service was fast and orders were made correctly and fast but they sure didn't look happy to be there.food is out fast place is clean. Bathroom had toilet brush and plunger out in open which was nasty but other then that it was clean. The food was awful here.I don't no why but it had no flavor and this is the first Popeyes that's been this way for us. We spent $70 and ended up tossing most of it except the fries. The chicken was just not good here at this location. Visually looked normal but tasted blah which was weird for Popeyes. SECONDHAND REVIEW My wife stopped by while traveling home from work (02/16/2024). She had placed an online order prior to arriving, but found that the dining area doors locked. She then joined the drive-thru queue, and was informed at the menu board that someone would bring her order to her if she parked. After a brief period, her order was delivered to her vehicle and she departed. Upon arriving home, she checked the bag for the items but found a few were missing, including her receipt. Although we reside only 6 miles from the store, we decided that the need to retrieve the items was outweighed by the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre, at best, which was disappointing given the circumstances. TLDR: Will not order from this restaurant again. Worst food from Popeyes I ever had. The food was old and cold. It looked like it was made the day before. Employee(cashier) was mean, saying racist comments, making them sound like it was a joke. I paid $15 for a 5 tenders meal. Super bad food and treatment. Trying to get in and out as we're driving 4hrs home. Got inside, had to wait 5-10min for someone to get our order, then after 20min, ended up leaving with no food as we found out they hadn't started our order yet. Wasn't even busy either. If I could give negative stars I would. By far the worst experience ive ever had at any place. Stood in line for over 20 mins and never even got acknowledged. I guess the schedule was more important bc 3 separate employees walked by us to check it and then walked off. Never said a word. I got a simple chicken sandwich combo and it took 45 mins for me to get food. The person that was with me got his food before me and he was done eating by the time mine came out. On top of that, the food wasn't even good and definitely wasn't worth waiting on. I threw half of my meal away after all that time waiting. This place just needs to shut the doors for good.
