Don't get the buffalo wings.. They're disgusting. All breading on tiny wings. I had 4 of them and felt sick, less than a half hour later I was throwing up. My experience at this Popeyes location was decent. I ordered the 2 pc combo w/ mashed potatoes & Cajun gravy was well as a biscuit. The food was delicious as always with Popeyes. The location is convenient and there is a drive thru and plenty of parking. The problem is this location is very dirty and the service could be better. However my food came out very fast. I usually don’t complain. I do understand people make mistake specially if the manager is on butt. However this is the third time I stopped by this place and the food is not up to par. My recent experience just left me with mixed feelings. While the spicy chicken wings, chicken tenders, Cajun fries, and mashed potatoes were okay in flavor, there was a notable disappointment regarding the ghost pepper wings. Despite ordering them, we received normal wings, missing out on the anticipated fiery kick. What added to the disappointment was the unavailability of a simple cup for water. It was surprising to learn that there was no water system, and the only options were to purchase a soft drink or bottled water. This policy seemed peculiar, deviating from the norm observed in other branches. Despite these drawbacks, the overall quality of the food was decent, and the signature Cajun spices did add a flavorful touch. However, the deviation from the expected order and the absence of a basic amenity like free water were aspects that set this experience apart from what I've encountered in other Popeyes locations. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for a more consistent and enjoyable customer experience. I patronize Maville Popeyes once in a while, maybe once every three months and I have never been treated rudely by a Manager until today, December 1st @1:30pm This Manager obviously was recently promoted and feeling a bit high and mighty, very rude and disregarding. I was asking for a simple courtesy (it's only chicken) that was not serious enough to warrant such rude and unnecessary bad behavior. She shook her head saying no to my request, I said the manager does it sometimes, she said " that would be me" giving no explanation, walked away to get the order with a stance of take it or leave it, came back to the register... " that will be $11.72", and shoved my bag towards me! There was no thank you or nothing! I stood wondering.. wow...it's that serious?? I did nothing at all to this woman what is her problem! Anyway I just took my order and left and did not allow it to upset me, but it needed to be reported. PSA ( Public Service Announcement) Popeyes Manville.. you need customers to make money in this line of business and it pays to be nice and just accommodate from time to time, with courtesy. If you cannot accommodate, fine but at least explain with kindness. Please don't flex your arrogance because your a new Manager! I would think a Manager had the authority to extend courtesy that will prompt positive reviews and keep customers coming back! I guess good service is not a high priority anymore! This chain has fallen a long way from its height. The food is absolute garbage the portions are tiny. Who thought paring chicken wings with ghost pepper to put sauce on?! The only flavor you taste is the ghost pepper because it overpowers everything else. The wings are disgusting dried over cooked and you only taste the ghost pepper. Seriously over priced failure your best product was the old po’boy sandwich and you’re to arrogant to bring back the one decent item you ever had.
