Ok so I went to this fast food restaurant located in a questionable part of Atlantic City so the atmosphere gets one star to start off with. I go to the counter and there's 2 females ( who apparently can't speak English) the manager steps forward to ask what I want because the 2 females aren't responding. So I tell him that I want whatever deal he has on a chicken meal. He says that he has a 2 piece meal with one side and a drink. I said sure that sounds good. I sat down and waited for them to prep my meal. While I'm eating I happened to review my receipt. He charged me 14 dollars for a drumstick and a thigh...NEVER again will I step foot in that restaurant again. When I questioned the manager as to why I was charged so much for 2 VERY small pieces of chicken. His response was ..my cashiers can't speak English. Smh I might half way understand the high price if I were in a higher level atmosphere but the atmosphere was on the lower level I e vagrants,heroin addicts, homeless people hanging around. I could have gone to Chick-fil-A and gotten a whole meal. NEVER EVER AGAIN. PEOPLE LOSE ME,I DON'T LOSE PEOPLE

I have been to alot of popeyes, but this one is great love the biscuits soooo 🧈 and the food just tastes better.

Customer service food is popping hot lot of transy people coming in trying to use the bathroom. But you're paying guest you have to pay the price because they were able to use the restroom with their needles gloves and clogging up the toilet so you can't even use it. They even have a special restroom just for the employees that you can't use because they know that the other people that are out from the outside destroys it as far as anything else they need to have more control over it I'm sure it cost them a lot of money to fix it each and every time I do visit this place three times a week and every time I walk or see something going on there's always an out of order sign or it's smell.
This is a food establishment you don't want to smell that when you're ordering Popeye's Fried Chicken don't you think it would Clash

Everything was alright accept when I saw a female cashier (Muslim) wouldn't give a female customer water for her baby/child. Which upset my day. (10/15/23)
