Staff gossips about costumers, dissappears during rush hour, rude and lies about when food will be done. Waited 30 minutes and was told "8 minutes" 3 times when I was the ONLY costumer there. Their lobby smells like someone had an accident, they have leaks from the roof, the tables are disgusting. I would never eat there and was only Ubereats delivery driver which I have now refused to ever pick up from this restaurant again, I have no idea how they are still open. The floors were sticky, the counters were sticky, the walls had stuff that looked like was splashed up and not cleaned. The hole place smelt like rotten milk. The chicken strips are super small but tasted fine, and the Mac n cheese was pretty good. The front cashier was super helpful though. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

The place is completely drowning with homeless filth and garbage everywhere. The food Was actually pretty good the people working there apparently were doing their best it seems just to survive. There were absolutely no exterior lights on for safety or even to be aware of an incomming attack or car jacking. Because when I say drowning in homeless. I mean, there were literally homeless every 5 feet. It was like a soup kitchen in the middle of a homeless camp as far as how many people were gathered there. It was awful. The people didn't seem to know what they were doing. They were extremely slow. Because after over 20 minutes waiting on my order that was called in. Myself and all who were in the lobby waiting were told to leave and go thru the drive thru and them the lobby doors were locked behind us at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. I had been waiting since just after 7pm. Did not get my order until after 8:30 pm. I was door dashing that order. My customers and myself were not very happy at all. Ok,we love Popeyes however this one was by far the worst one I've been to After ordering,seriously I was the only one in line,got to the window and paid,weird because I order the same thing from my local Popeyes and I know what it cost and this store was 15.00 higher.Finally got the food took it to my son's job sight opened the bag and no damn coleslaw are you fricken kidding me,my son called them and after a long conversation telling them we had No coleslaw,telling them the exact time and what I ordered they finally said well comeback and we will give you one,Hello I live 35 miles away I'm not coming back now,they took my name and said come in anytime and get it.. haven't went back yet but I plan on it when I go back down there.more review after to let you all know if I get my coleslaw Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered chicken a and mac and cheese I opted for just red beans and rice since I have a wheat allergy.. the Mac and cheese looked like a grease ball lol the other food was fine
