I feel bad for the franchise owners of this location. 6 employees standing around with nothing, but attitude…. 4 hours until close and they’re not going to cook anymore chicken “right now..” With one spicy leg to serve?? I wonder what else these 6 folks are going to do while getting paid, but NOT cook chicken until they close? Ordered an 8 piece spicy dark meat meal, but they only had 4 pieces to serve. They wanted to do a mix but I do not like white meat that’s when We offered to wait. No luck. As we were driving off they were all standing at the window looking out to see who it was that didn’t order. I don’t like to blast businesses but it was 6:45pm not 30 min before closing time. Update: 02/4/24. I ordered a 3 piece combo, with a BREAST, THIGH, & WING. I asked for FRESH CHICKEN, SPICY, and I did NOT mind waiting. I even told the teller I was going to update my review in hopes of a better experience. I literally drove 45 minutes from home, to go here. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED❗️They gave me 2 thighs, and a wing that didn’t even look like a wing. The biscuits weren’t even cooked all the way through. The only thing that was fine were the mashed potatoes and gravy, and the jalapeño pepper. Even the Sweet Tea was DARK & OLD❗️I will be calling cooperate tomorrow to complain. This Popeyes still doesn’t allow you to go in and order/ eat. That’s ridiculous when the one in White Settlement off of Cherry Lane, is ALWAYS OPEN & CLEAN. It makes me wonder what are they hiding at this location ⁉️⁉️ I was disappointed. Growing up many years as a 'Lousiana-nian', this place was inexcusable. The chicken was old & cold, the fries were undercooked, & the customer service was awhful! Mainly Hispanics work at this location & I was applauded by how they treated my family. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They hardly desired to communicate with us, yet alone serve us!!! I have always LOVED POPEYES, but after visiting here, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I love Popeyes. Today 3/5/24, I wet to get my normal fair when the dining room was closed. No signs. No warning. Then the chicken in the sandwich was burnt on the bottom and tough as leather. The man in the drive-thru openly insulted my wife over the speaker on accident, I'm sure they are aware we heard yet no apology. We were ordered food for for and as we were pulling away he said "dam that lady gotta be fat" we didn't start any trouble at the restaurant but I attempted not once but 5 times to call the location as we left in order to report him for his behavior and not one time did anyone Pick up the phone, if we have another issue like this I'm not sure I'll be able to compose myself the same way I just have. Only gave one star because I couldn't give 0. Absolutely the WORST restaurant ever. Lobby has been closed since covid. Saw employees inside. Went to the drive through, couldn't get anyone to take an order. Waited, called out, pulled up to the window. Saw employees pass by and didn't bother getting my order. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. There will Not be another time. This place no longer exists to me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Would find another place to besides here. They did not give me what I ordered, ( I ordered 3 piece of white meat, they gave me a thigh and 2 small chicken wings with no meat) when I realized their error when I returned home… they would not answer the phone ….
