This place is a horrible, and some straight up lazy rude people behind the counter. My husband and I went last night and was going to eat there, my husband placed his order and told them he wanted the cajun rice as his side, the cashier said we don't carry that he said yes you do I just ate this at Prattville location yesterday, she looked at him and said we don't carry that what else you want he said Mac n cheese, I went on with my order and she said your total is 30.97 . My husband asked her what was on our order cause it should have been like 24.00 she told him and the sign above said 11dollars and some change each she said no its 13.00 each he said again no I just ate this exact meal at Prattville and it's $11.00, she popped off and said I dont make the prices and they want change our signs, he said your suppose to honor what your sign has up so scratch that order period and as we was walking out the cashier was running her mouth about us upset over pricing she don't make prices and very rude. This was the Clanton location.Best thing they could do is go in and clean house at that place.

Rudest most incompetent group of people to ever serve food. I think they hand out job applications at prisons and people leaving anger management facilities. People want Clanton to grow but no matter what you bring here, it’ll never run efficiently because of the people. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Went there for the first time tonight got me and my kids something to eat and they're order was right I get home and I realize I'm missing my extra order of biscuits and fries and I was like okay fine then I get to my sandwich and it's the completely wrong spent nearly 30 dollars and didn't get but one thing I actually ordered Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Not good. My last 2 chicken sandwiches were raw, the employees refuse to honor the sales the giant billboard outside the restaurant is advertising, and the restaurant, despite being only a few years old, is filthy. Corporate doesn't care to fix it. Worst restaurant in Clanton, by far. Hopefully this plays goes out of business so a better restaurant can take its place. I don’t know who the new managers/ owners are but I was told this location no longer accepts coupons / mobile orders… please tell the new owners/management to stop being so CHEAP and honor the rewards program and use of the mobile app. IF this location is not going to accept mobile orders… turn off mobile ordering so that people don’t waste their time ordering via the app, get to the speaker, and be told they can’t accept the order bc they do not deal with the app and then have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. What an inconvenience. The food has been decent more times than not so no major issue which the quality of food. Food: 4 Service: 2
