This was my 1st time at this location. I will say it was clean in the dining room and smelled good. Staff was great when ordering. Food was ready to go in a timely manner without a long wait. This restaurant has issues that need to be addressed. I was in the lobby with my 30 minute lunch breaks and with Popeyes being close I thought it’s best to go there. As I get there the line of the drive through is long so I decide to go inside (bad decision) someone took over 8 minutes of me standing there to when I finally got my order taken. When i sit to wait for my order all i see is the workers and the two managers running like crazy back and forth. It all looked chaotic and completely understaffed I felt really horrible for the people making orders because they had to be working like machines. This is horrible for a company like Popeyes to allow the workers to experience this kind of pressure on them. How can a “fast food” chain like Popeyes have so little people working during lunch hour when everyone knows it’s the busiest hours. When I finally got my food my lunch break was nearly over and I just had enough time to arrive to work back again on time. I had to pressure myself and rush to eat my food while driving which is just absolutely crazy. If I go to a “fast food” place I’m expecting to at least have time to sit down in peace to eat my meal. Absolutely disappointed in the management of this store or who is in charge of getting people to work this store. You are doing a horrible job and being cruel with the workers ur forcing to run around. Popeyes do better for ur customers and workforce. Went thru the drive thru. Food came out faster than I've ever experienced at a Popeyes, and it was hot and fresh. Possibly the best Popeyes I've ever been too. The sweet and spicy wings are amazing! 👍 It's a garden-variety Popeyes. Nothing unexpected happened, and the food tasted like it should have. 🤜 I had the spiciest chicken on the menu, and it was weak. I suppose they have to cater to the locals, who probably think *salt* is spicy.
