Waited 20 minutes to order. Finally ordered, tried to use my gift card. Manager said "Gift cards obviously don't work at my store." Asked for a different form of payment, which I didn't have so I left. This was a 2nd chance for this store for me and they FAILED! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I normally go out of town to Poyeyes. But this afternoon I decided to go to my local Popeyes in McComb,MS this time. I purchased two tackle boxes. When I say it was crunchy and fresh! Went through the drive through to pick up someones order for door dash as I am a dasher (delivery driver) and the manager that was operating drive through headset caught an attitude with me and said I'm not talking to you with the rudest attitude I would like disciplinary actions to be taken because this is not the first time this has happened. Waited over 45 min just for food. Lady at the counter messed up my order. They did nothing to make the customers waiting more content. Even a small drink would have been nice. Will not visit again. Finally my search for the dirtiest Popeyes restaurant in America is over. If I wasn’t starving, I would move on. As we arrived to dine in, one door was locked. As we walked to other side we noticed a group of employees all smoking weed by a car. Lovely smell. Not. If the staff weren’t so high, maybe they would give a damn and clean this place. It is the worst. They just don’t care. Plain and simple. What a shame as the food is gorgeous (as always). I’ve seen cleaner floors in a mechanics workshop. Fix up Popeyes. The ppl at the window are so rude. Everytime I do a mobile order for this location, they claim they don't have the order. Even though the money has been taken out of my account, the order shows on the Popeyes mobile app, and the receipt is in my email, they act as if they think I am going to just drive off without my order even though it has been paid for because of whatever is going on with their system inside the restaurant. The last time I went there was an extremely rude woman. I had to hand them my phone to show the order. She acted like she got mad at me because obviously their stuff is not together inside the restaurant. Customer service sucks at this location and if they are going to participate in accepting mobile orders, they need to get their system in order. It's unfair to the customer to have to go back and forth with them about orders that they claim not to see inside the restaurant. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Even though they now have dine in, they took forever to make the food and serve customers. They have 2 kiosks to serve people and are only using one. There's not even a dedicated person to take orders at the front. And when I asked for sauce because they didn't put it with my order, they made a fuss. I ordered the 5 piece spicy "2 can dine for." I received 5 old and cold pieces of chicken, only one of the 2 sides (after asking why I didn't have mashed potatoes, I was told they were out but didn't offer a replacement). The fries were hard an cold. There is no sense like bought sense! 😔😔😔
