Chicken is usually good, prices seem higher and chicken strips DEFINITELY got smaller though. Oreo cheesecake was awful, couldn’t finish. Fries and beans/rice were average. Older campus in need of serious maintenance and upkeep. Overall things were wiped down but all of the ceiling, floors, bathrooms have had poorly done repairs that make the place feel questionable. popeyes definitely had been lacking for years but march 9th at 6 pm that was literally the best popeyes i've ever had, great service, speedy and the food was fresh and on point Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location has consistently expedited orders accurately and quickly. Everytime in go here they are super fast and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. I once tried a flounder sandwich it was great. Fish sandwiches from a drive thru can be hard to pull off. I have never been inside, but the drive thru service is top notch.

I always come home with something missing when I order from Popeyes. It's frustrating and annoying but the food is so good, we keep coming back. This location was on point though (first time coming to this location) and got my order right! We had every side for every combo meal and everyone was happy. So fresh and so good! I don’t review many fast food joints, but this place was WELL DESERVING of a well thought out, one star review. First, it took twenty minutes to get through the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. The customer service was AWFUL. The guy taking the order and dealing with me at the window was very short and RUDE to me. I also thought it was strange they would not accept American Express( for a major fast food chain). To top it off, I ordered an 8 pc with dark meat, and instead I got white meat. No napkins or utensils were included either. I will not be back.

Almost every time I come here they don’t have spicy chicken?? They’re not busy they just don’t cook in advance. Go to any other location. It will be quicker than the 30 minute wait you’ll get here. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

went through the drive through ordered 20 piece, chicken tenders, three large sides for $45. Got home the mac & cheese were burnt instead of giving me two mashed potatoes. They gave me one mashed potatoes and one red beans and rice. When I called I asked to talk to the manager because the employee was not saying anything about it. the managers seem to not care either the manager and the employees were in the background talking how they don't get paid enough for customers that call and complain. Shouldn't have to go back to where they can fix my order. It should've been fixed the first time. This is ridiculous!
