Charged for a full meal but not told they were out of biscuits and not offered any extra compensation and my tenders are as small as a sauce packet. Paid $21 for two meals… that’s really sad. I ordered through the app today and got a sandwich and a chicken tender meal. I’m really annoyed right now; I just got off work and just wanted some lunch and almost the whole order I can’t eat. They forgot my sandwich, they gave me spicy chicken when I ask for mild, and the soda I got was flat with no carbonation at all. I just got off of my own food service job, and I did not do that to customers. I don’t know what their exact situation is, but this really sucks. I reported the issues through the app and they gave me free points to use, but I will definitely not be redeeming them at this location again. Ordered 4 pieces, ghost pepper meal, and it came out right away. The chicken was cold and not spicy at all, very bland. They gave no ketchup with the meal, had to ask for ketchup and more napkins, got two napkins only...will head to different location next time. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a door dash order for 5 pcs tenders. It arrived with 3 pieces no condiments and no biscuit! The drink I paid extra for a mango lemonade and got a sprite! I called and spoke to the manager Christian and he said sorry there’s nothing I can do because you ordered door dash! But you let the order go out wrong! Terrible customer service I will not order from here ever! But can expect much from fast food workers, they have the worse service! All service should be the same no matter where you go! Very disappointed. I ordered at the drive thru 2 fish sandwiches, and asked to have ample tarter sauce. I drove to the next window, and they handed me my bag. I said "already? Fish in 2 seconds? Are they even warm? I hope they haven't been sitting here all day!!" (it was 3:30). The bag wasn't even warm!! I like fish right out of the fryer! Made a web order, went over to pick it up, no one really was trying to help me, I work next door and I frequent this location. Seems on certain days like Sunday there are no competent people working so I was gonna just go back to work after standing there for god knows how long. Said my order was cancelled. This location has gone down hill, honestly. It's hard to get your order correct if it's not a simple order, like if you want a deal from online. They're legit lost but won't admit it. The 'Spicy' has gotten less and less over the past 6 months or so, it's so bland they actually give MILD as a mistake. The ghost pepper options are made incorrectly. The wings aren't marinated like they were. This location just adds a pinch of the Cajun spice packet to the breading and sell it to you full price. It's sad that you can order from a different location and the heat is night and day difference. Idk what changed, but everything is worse off. Getting your order remade and getting extra for free is nice, but getting what you asked for.. is nicer still. As of 9/11/23 this establishment cannot serve fried chicken because they don’t have flour according to the workers. And they cannot refund you if you order online so you can’t get any food nor can you get your money back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Popeyes. AND on top of that the blackened chicken sandwhich that I was able to receive was over cooked and dry, the Mac and cheese was cold and the red beans and rice I ordered didn’t make it into the bag! I had the BEST customer service experience at this location. I was assisted with a large online order pick up for my employees and all of my order was made fresh, packed well, and every detail correct, down to the sauces and utensils. Jose at the drive through was nothing less than Excellent. He did an amazing job on this order and his customer service was 10 times better. Thank you Jose, from the David’s Bridal management team. We appreciate the great service we received.
