Asked for blackened chicken they said they ran out and so I wanted a refund then they said oh we can do It then I got home opened them up and this is supposed to be chicken strips I have never received them like this and they’re so so hard not even eatable. This is so ridiculous I work hard for my money and I didn’t want to eat this as my dinner after a long day of work. They just didn’t wanna take the time to make them correctly. Second time this has happened. Calling Popeyes corporate office to complain and will be giving names this is wrong.

I've been coming to this Popeyes almost everyday for lunch for about a year now and I have to say, EVERYTHING IS GREAT! Good food, good service and the ladies that work there are very nice and polite and they always get my order right. THANK YOU

Based on previous experience and several other Popeyes, my expectations were in the basement.
I placed a mobile order to pick up at 9:15pm. Arrived at the store at 9:15, walked in, and immediately noticed how clean it was inside.
A cook from inside the kitchen loudly greeted me and thanked me for coming in.
Soon after the front counter employee greeted and thanked me for coming in
I told him I had placed a mobile order and he quickly found it, asked which sauces I wanted, and gave me my food.
When I got back to the office, it was hot, fresh, and correct.
This has never happened at a Popeyes before. The manager and their team need to be recognized for their incredible customer service.

Honestly I had given up on this establishment due to the lack of management and customer service but I went back to today and Ruby made my moneys worth! I mean talk about customer service!! My chicken sandwich came out hot and fast, and the customer service she provided was great as well! Will definitely be back!

We did a mobile pickup order and they forgot our 3 pc chicken tenders that was supposed to come with our 2 can-dine-meal. They also didn't include our dipping sauces (sweet heat or honey) or extra napkins. They were also out of sweet tea. Overall, it was a disappointing experience

DO NOT GO HERE! I placed an order via the app at 2:46. I arrived at the restaurant at 3:05. There was NO ONE inside and one person in the drive thru line. I got pulled up to continue to wait for the order. Waited outside another 10 minutes to walk in and see associates on their phones! I canceled my order and won’t be back. And y’all think y’all deserve $15 an hour? Be for real.
I decided to order from inside instead of the drive through only because I was ready to stand. When I first came in there was a man waiting infront of me and it took atleast 10 minutes for anyone to come help him, meanwhile the manager had ignored us and taken atleast three drive through orders. I finally got my food and took it home after 20 minutes of waiting and realized the girl gave me the wrong type of chicken, i got wings instead of a normal combo.

If I could give this certain Popeyes a zero, I would. The service with the manager with the bad blonde hair job and the huge gargantuan body is truly disgusting. Her attitude towards me was completely unacceptable and I hope something is done about it. I don’t know if this location failed to do a proper training but something truly needs to be done about her attitude. I ordered the new truff nugget combo and received only the sauce. I went back and she refused to give me the nuggets because she said it only came with the sandwich. Why would I pay $4 for only a small side of sauce? Make it make sense? I even showed her my app where it clearly states that the meal comes with nuggets, but she continued to gaslight me into thinking I was the difficult one. This is completely unacceptable and I truly hopes she gets fired. I’ve dealt with her many times already and I’m tired of it.

Slow service. Cashier had to take the drive thru orders outside. The manager was working on the drive-thru orders. I waited 10 minutes for service, and the manager didn't say anything. She could have asked someone else to assist me. She need more training on customer service. I won't be back.

Finally getting to this terrible excuse for service..
Listen, if you want your order Exactly how you wanted, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Time after time, after time this place has failed to get a single in-person, pre-order or Delivery order correct. Don't ever leave this location without checking your food.
If you catch the errors, they will fix it and properly. However these mistakes shouldn't happen with the frequency in which they do.
It's down to very clear communication errors but the management has ZERO interest in correcting it.
