Heard this place opened and started serving caviar. They have hundreds of different options of champagne. The caviar is delicious. They have three main brands, all Very very tasty and fresh. Served on chilled ice the way it is Supposed to be and of course with pearl spoons. Really cool place, love the atmosphere very hip. The owners are really nice. Great service and wonderful people. This is my new “Let’s just go hang out place”. Roswell could use something like this and Finally have something very nice and swanky 🤗, But still laid-back at the same time. This is where you go before or after meals or just go like I did and simply hang out for four hours drinking champagne and eating caviar. Parking is a pain because it’s Canton Street and since the city of Roswell is run by a bunch of retards, it’s never going to get better. But that’s not the restaurants fault. So expect to pay 10 bucks or more to park if you can find a parking space, good luck. But it wouldn’t keep me from going. Will I go again? Oh yeah.

So much fun to sample a flight of three champagnes. Proprietor is incredibly knowledgeable about everything champagne and spent time talking with us about our selections. Wonderful evening. Price per person $30–50 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Been here twice and had an amazing time both times! Came on Saturday night when DJ Toni K was spinning. Everything is top notch, from the upscale but not pretentious ambiance, the sexy lighting, the ieye popping wall of champagne, the music, and most important, the incredible service by the staff. Shout out to Al, who is SO much fun and makes every evening at Pop Alleigh memorable. What a gem in Roswell! Worth the drive, I promise! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely fabulous place! Parking is tight so it might be best to take a rideshare. Otherwise, check out the champagne flights. You won’t be disappointed!!! Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Truly excited to find this gem! Finally, a location in the area that is not only a truly spectacular venue with inviting decor and an absolutely incredible vibe... it also has world class Champagne and Sparkling Wines to delight a wide variety of tastes and pallets. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, good looking, and added to the great experience. I will be back again!

Love the concept but did not love the actual experience. Owners were not flexible at all when trying to accommodate customers even though there was a ton of open tables. The menu is also super over priced compared to other options close by. Don’t get me wrong, I love bubbly and was the most excited about this spot opening in Roswell but I probably won’t be back with so many other places to choose from. Side note-maybe bolt the tables down if you don’t want them moved even a couple inches.
