Extremely disappointed! I went through the drive through to order two Fiesta wraps, one with lettuce and one without, and asked them to label which did not have lettuce accordingly. When I got home I realized that both had lettuce in spite of one being labeled as having no lettuce. To make matters worse they were extremely hollow. Missing were the Fiesta wrap's signature chips, and there was almost no chicken, or cheese. The tiny pieces of chicken that were included seemed to be overcooked and a day old. Keep in mind that this is an $8 wrap so it's not a cheap item either. I was left hungry by the time I finished eating. This place has really gone downhill in the past few years with its tiny chicken pieces, but the wraps continued to be reliable. I guess that they found a way to screw those up too. I tried calling to speak to the manager, but nobody answered the phone.

I am sorry, but the chicken portion was seriously too small. I do understand that it is a combo and everything but there is barely meat on it. Even the chicken drum looks like part of it was taken away. Take it into consideration in the future.

Love their Burrito fiesta and Yuca as compliments!!! Their best sauce is chipotle but that is just my taste. There is a wide variety of options to choose from and a lot of great desserts!!!
Today December 25, 2016 We ordered drive thru, waited 10-15 mts. No greeting or thank you handed the bag like she wanted to kill us.
We ordered a hamburguer and a fiesta wrap. My husband asked what did the fiesta wrap contained the lady said chicken or churrasco. The hamburger was cold and did not give a folk for the salad.
I suggest that if employees are going to be mad they should not work on Christmas day.
