Good food but less amount than others places like Martin's BBQ, and so expensive compare with the other restaurant's. Look at the picture I include.

The food was great but upon paying and recieing my food we were rushed away due to the line which u understand this in itself wouldn't be an issue if they didn't miss one of the most important parts of my order which was part of the meat they gave me chicken but not the pork ordered upon returning I was advised there was nothing left ungiven so I must have been mistaken so I left again the food is great so thus the 2 stars

Whenever it is possible my wife and yours truly make a stop at Pollo Tropical. We have been doing so for the past ten years. The type of food and the excellent service we are honored to receive compels us to keep going to this place...

I went on July 11, 2020 the floor was very dirty everything looked like a mess. I was served rotten potatoes. The food smelled like garbage! It’s the first time something like this happens to me. I am very disappointed. Not coming back!

Great tasting food and service by the employees. I ordered a bongo of rice with green peas, sliced pork, guacamole, diced tomatoes and sweet plantains. For dessert a slice of chocolate cake with ice cream called "Ola de Chocolate".

The drive through is so slow that I wanted to leave but you ar not allowed once you get in line. Food was OK, it was cold. Maybe for all the time I had to wait in line.

Don't use the drive thru, that always manage to messed up my order, I buy food for 4,get to my house and realize that the food is wrong and sides are missing, so I basically paid for food I didn't order and things I didn't received! And that happened to me often! No more!
