I absolutely love Pollo Regio the food is authentic and always fresh ingredients. Tried their chicken tortilla soup flavorful broth, chicken beans, veggies and pico topped off with melted cheese…oh my goodness so good! Good comfort food for this cold winter weather! try it with a side of rice and don’t forget a drink (the pina-pineapple) your tastebuds will thank u! I love this place SOOOO MUCH! I feel like the rice and bean containers have shrunk a little over the years but that could just be my imagination. I have only gone inside this location once and I remember it to be very clean. It's been nice not having to drive to the one on Town East for a few years now. I'm always in the drive through and the service is always great. I appreciate Juan M. being patient with me tonight at the window as I took my time making sure my order was received correctly. If you've never been to a Pollo Regio, be sure to give this location a try. You won't regret it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Juan was great! Went to pick up dinner last night and he was so friendly. He hooked it up with the salsa too. Got home and everything was perfect. Chicken seasoned well, their fries are my favorite and the green salsa is the best! Come here a lot and they never mess up my order which is great. The nachos are amazing as well. My wife and I wanted to stop somewhere for dinner because traffic going across Lake Ray Hubbard was really slow. Saw it had a high rating, so we gave it a shot. Great food! Casual fast service place that has legit Mexican restaurant quality food. I can see why this place has such a fantastic rating, and it’s well earned! Service was also super friendly and quick!
